So I’d like to know, when someone let’s say a “customer” you know those folks who keep you in business, orders their meals or items with NO sour cream and then gets home to find that EVERY item has sour cream on them, and then nobody wants to answer the phone, and FINALLY when the phone is answered, I ask for a manager and “somehow” get disconnected……. So now here we are……. How much are steak chalupa’s? And chicken chalupa’s? Because you charged me for three of each, ALL were ordered WITH NO SOUR CREAM, all came with sour cream…… thanks for screwing up YET ANOTHER order, because this location sucks and can’t seem to get even the simplest of items correct? I asked for a six pack of regular soft tacos a few nights ago, seemed pricey at check out, but was on the phone so paid and left, got home, I had four (not equal to 6) and they were all supreme???asking for a friend, is it that hard to work and get crap right these days? Cuz God help the USA when these people have to get outta fast food into real places !

(Update) went tonight and got a cuple of naco tacos and disappointed to get home to just some cheese and a sprinkle of meat….really we will not be going here again the burger places next door are better. The last few times I ate here for lunch, the food has been made how I asked and fresh. Their prices are affordable and they have great online deals for meals, like the 4 people eat for $20 its a spread of different things along with drinks.

One of the BEST Taco Bells in the Whitfield County Area! Fast, friendly, fresh, and delicious! I hope they put that sorry excuse for a Wendy’s next door out of business in Varnell. Worst Wendy’s EVER! …..Back on the restaurant at hand though, this Taco Bell is AWESOME! You won’t be disappointed.

The drive up the drive up person did not tell you what they did not have that was listed on the drive-through menu board before you tried to order and did not offer. Any explanation is why other than they did not have it at this time. Why would you post on your menu boardthat you have something that you don’t that is kind of ridiculous.

Terrible customer service inside the location. There’s no cash register only kiosk. I made an online order but was missing my drink so I waited for someone to approach the counter for assistance, another woman was waiting as well. When a worker finally came over, he helped the other woman but completely ignored me. He was working the packing line so I thought he was just busy and tried to be patient. Another woman approached the counter with an issue and the same worker came back and again only assisted her, but completely ignored me. I waited another 5 mins and he never returned to help me. It wasn’t until a young lady passed by that I got my cup and then there wasn’t even straws available at the machine. Sauces were also left out of my order.
