Basic Taco Bell. The dining area and restroom are clean. Food was hot and everything made to order (except 1 taco). Gentleman immediately asked what the issue was and made a replacement. First Taco Bell I have seen recently that is actually well staffed. Inside and outside seating areas.

Food was alright, no issues. I ready knew my payment card wouldn’t work at the kiosk, but the employee directed me to it without asking anything else in a very direct way. Nope, it didn’t work as usual but works on the cashier station ? It’s always the same issue. Great team work watching the employees get my order. Clean ! ( Don’t know why no one wants to help people with their order as a little old lady with a walker was ahead of me, and she was directed to the kiosk!)

I have eaten at this Taco Bell location 3 times so far and 2 of them have been great experiences. I stopped in the day that they opened and they did a fantastic job, I was in and out of the drive thru in a very timely manner and my order was correct and well made. The next time wasn’t a super great experience like the first. They were pretty packed, which is understandable because it was a weekday right as everyone gets off of work. I arrived at the speaker and placed my order. The girl taking my order was friendly and got everything correct on the screen and when she read it back to me, so everything was going well. I grabbed my food and got out of the parking lot because I didn’t want to back up the line more than it already was. I arrived home shortly after and saw that they had gotten everything wrong…There was no extra meat and sauce as I had requested, a couple of items were missing, my drink was only half full and there was lettuce and tomatoes on everything, which i’m not a fan of. I was a little bummed but decided to give them a quick call before I ate anything and let them know that my whole order was wrong. The manager on the phone was incredibly nice and told us to ask for her the next time we came in and she would correct our order for us, no charge. We took her up on that offer and went inside, asked for her and she made sure we got a perfect order. It was SO well made and was definitely the most neatly made order i’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. I would definitely recommend stopping by this location to grab a bite to eat.

Staff vey rude, especially the employee at the drive through is the worst service you get: never makes the order right, I requested for sauces they said they will keep in the bag and I was waiting at the mobile order parking, not even single sauce packet was kept in the bag. Please change your employees.
