This was my third and final attempt to dine at this location. After waiting for thirteen minutes for our dine in order we were advised that the preparing crew had not received it. Refund was requested and the store manager was very smart mouthed about why our order was not prepared. She also shorted me one dollar from what my receipt stated and wanted to argue about it and said that my receipt was incorrect. Terrible customer service. Also for the record we were the only customers in the restaurant and noticed that all the employees parked their cars directly at the front door and even in the handicapped parking slot..what employees do that. I would also mention how dirty the floors were in the dining area.

Our order was directly from the menu. We were the only car in the drive thru. My order should have been a chicken quesadilla and beef crunchy taco – I got 2 chicken Chalupas with the sour cream on the outside.(also inside) I was back to work when I opened the food. No time to return it. This was the 3rd time in 3 weeks food was not correct and/or not edible.

I can not understand why this Taco Bell is the way it is. Every time I go here to give them an another chance, they just fall short over and over again. Hey, at least they’re consistent with being terrible. They must have a vendetta against nacho fries. I have been here numerous times and different days, months when they have this for a limited time and they either say 2 things. They are out of them or they “discontinued” them. You might as well just go to Lavonia. They make it fresh and never use that verbiage!! Don’t waste your time going here!!

Ordered online yesterday I got 2 mexican pizzas with beans instead of beef . there was barley any beans on them and the refried beans were crunchy ! which means they were old also about 2 ours after I at I started to experience really bad stomach pains and like I was going to throw up I spent most of the night going back and forth to the bathroom and part of today too . its been a really miserable day and I will not be back to taco bell at all . Dont think I can stomach this location or any other one for that matter

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to! Ordered the new menu item the ” Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa” combo. But got two beef ones instead that had so little meat on them it was pitiful. To top it the two getto acting girls at the window had bad attitudes like they hated their job and life.

I went to this taco bell about a month ago told them I wanted 2 bean burritos with no onion extra cheese extra red sauce they put onions on them so I took them back to the drive through and when the girl at the drive thru opened the window she had an attitude took my food proceeded to open the burritos and stick her fingers all in them and then said to one of her coworkers show me where these got onion on em. Walked toward the back came back to the window hended me a bag and I checked them they were the same burritos that I just brought back . So I threw them out my window and didn’t go back until last night where I ordered the same thing and again they had onions on them . I give up
