Stopped by Taco Bell around 4 PM and it was empty, which was great. Service was quick and efficient, and the food came out hot and fresh. Order was accurate and the staff was friendly. Overall, a smooth, easy visit. Exactly what you want for a quick stop. Would definitely come back.

after waiting an appropriate amount of time (20-25mins) my order wasn’t ready and I was asked to pull around. many of the tortillas were burned (crunch wraps especially). Two items were never received. I WAS excited, my wife and I are on a diet cheat day. Neither of us has had taco bell in 2 years and a new one was recently built near our home. Narrow drive through, new building.To say that I was underwhelmed would be a polite exaggeration.

An odd place. Seems more like it designed to not interact with employees. I’ve been here twice to pickup my mobile order, and the first time I saw a few people working in the back, but I was never greeted by anyone, nobody ever came to the front desk to talk to me. Eventually my bag of food arrived on the take out rack, I grabbed it and left. Yesterday I went in to pick up my mobile order, it was already on the take out rack. I never saw another human anywhere. Not in the lobby not in the back. Once again I just grabbed my bag of food and left. I’m starting to wonder if this is by design, an attempt to automate everything, use apps, use kiosk. No human interaction. To their credit the food has been good. The app works great. Just odd to see such a small and robotic “restaurant”.

I have been so excited that a Taco Bell is much closer to my house. I have been maybe 4-5 times and only one time, was the food hot and fresh. Today and yesterday, I ordered some fiesta potatoes. Both days, they weren’t even full, and ice cold. They have pulled us up and we had waited 5-6 minutes, so why wasn’t it fresh. I’m just gonna keep going to the one on West Broad Street. A little out of the way, but at least my food will be hot and correct.

It is amazing to me how slow they can be making orders at this location. I actually ordered ahead on the app to avoid an unnecessary wait. I had to wait 30 minutes past my expected time the app provided me. I am pretty sure I saw a grand total of two people working in the entire place, and they can’t even make every item on the menu at this location. Want a cheesey gordita crunch? Too bad. I’m not even sure it’s entirely the employees fault, why are there only two people working on a Saturday night?

i love this location! they’re always very nice. It make take a little bit but my food has always been hot and fresh and i’ve never had a wrong order here!!

People working at night sucks! Never ever get my order right. Bad attitudes, no customer service…Higher prices with smaller portions… I was honestly excited to have a Taco Bell so close! Very disappointed…. Go to any other Taco Bell in Athens!

Haven’t eaten today and starving. Decided to give this location a try since the ones in Jefferson are absolute trash. The cashier, Kylee, was quick with my order and very polite. I simply ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and I have to say it’s the best one I’ve ever had from Taco Bell! Very hot and fresh. Filled perfectly and the tortilla was perfectly browned and cheese was perfectly melted. It’s wonderful to see workers actually care about their work. Will be back. Only complaint is since when is a chicken quesadilla darn near $7?? That in itself is getting ridiculous for fast food.

This place has the worst service and I hope either the entire staff is reviewed and relieved of their duties or it is closed and replaced with a better option. Enough is enough! Night shift has you waiting for 39 minutes and then claims they are having issues with each other and headsets? Huh?
