The absolute rudest employees of any restaurant in town. Went to get my order from the drive through and they wouldn’t come to the window. I went inside and they said hello and proceeded to continue to ignore me inside the store for 5 more minutes as I’m staring at my pizza getting cold on the shelf. When I got mad and complained they banned me from the store. Wow. Don’t ever give these clowns your money.

The pizza tasted okay but it was cut very unevenly. We ordered three pizzas, all cut poorly and hard to divvy out fairly. Also, I’ve noticed the banana peppers are always dried up, please let them be juicy again! What is the point of putting the pepper in the box if the juice cannot be squeezed out on to the pizza for extra flavor if you want?! Do better please!

RE update: the second pie was just as bad as the first, severely undercooked and felt like a waste of time. Forgot to post when I went home but expected to get a better pie.
Update: went in and asked if this could be remade and they said of course and didn’t make me feel rough for asking! Thank you guys.
I ordered well done and it’s never well done 🙁 I never get delivery so I have to drive. Thankful I have Papa Dough but definitely one of the worst locations I’ve been to very undercooked.

The woman running the tender was very rude and disrespectful tonight, just because the times were up to an hour what my wife told the woman she would go somewhere else and the woman was very rude and says thanks for wasting my time, she was very disrespectful from the start being impatient and lots of eye roll aswell. Highly suggest not going there whilst she’s working.

As a customer I pull in at thirty minutes till closing get told I have to go through the drive thru to order then get told once in drive thru they already closed everything down and the manager refused to allow my order to be taken with thirty minutes before closing that to place an order I had to download the app n place it that way instead of doing their job n take my order I’m not from this area n I always get three large pizzas my daughter wanted to come here because she wanted pizza. I’m not happy I’ll be making a call to corporate office n complain about this location I’ve never been treated like this before n it’s utterly bullshit

Friendly Service no question there. Problem is that they don’t know how to cook pizza. Like how do you have a New York style pizza with burned crust and it’s still mushy? I’ll tell you how: you crank the oven up super high and ram things through to meet demand but quality suffers. New York style pizza should not be mushy from crust to tip. Very disappointing

Bought a pizza about 2 weeks ago, got home it was mush in the middle, I called and told them, they said they were sorry and would credit my account for the next time. I called tonight to place an order and they said they had no record of my complaint, they couldn’t do anything about it since the employee that told me I would get credit for it had forgotten to put a note on my account . Customer service is lousy !!

The new garlic stuffed crust is amazing! So cheesy and baked to perfection! The staff at this location are amazing. The GM is so dedicated to her job and staff and it really shows. Fast, hot, fresh pizza what more could you ask for.
