We ordered two power bowls as well as other items. The bowls were lacking what was supposed to be on it. Equalled about half what they should have had on it. They were out of some product.( Why not tell your customer that rather than take an order for it)

An absolute joke, this place is! I would give it zero if there was an option. Confronted a manager about the meal I’ve ordered; how it came almost with no meat in it. They showed no concern or care about replacing or refunding the money. In addition, I had to ask for my receipt after my complaint because I wasn’t provided one. I’ve noticed that they rounded out my amount without my promotion as well to some donation. Completely unacceptable. Will NEVER step foot at Taco Bell again.

Idk if anyone at Taco Bell actually reads these, but take this as a polite suggestion…a teaching moment, if you will. When you are out of something or discontinued an item, it is good form to inform your guest so that they can make a decision to change their order or cancel. This is the third time of ordering over $30 worth of food where nothing is as it was ordered because of lack of ingredients. If someone orders something, it would stand to reason..that is what they wanted. If you are out of it, kindly acknowledge instead of taking their money only to disappoint after they have made it home with an order half fulfilled. Then to top it off, give the guest an attitude because they are displeased because of your lack of communication.

We came to eat on a night that the restaurant was severely understaffed. Despite being short staffed, we only had to wait just a short time to get our food, and it was delicious. You could see that every worker was working at 100% to get everything done as efficiently as possible. Kudos to them for pushing through this difficult time!

Awful place and service! The Mexican girl taking our order rushed to lock the doors so we couldn’t come in and order. So we continued to the drive through. Our food was cold and wrong! We were told they were out of guacamole… and then asked for a refund. She promptly came up with guacamole. If you are the owner of this establishment. You need restructuring! At one point the girl taking out order was arguing with another employee at the door. Food quality was terrible! Service was awful! And being lied to was unacceptable. Strongly suggest eating elsewhere. This place is an absolute stain on what tacobell should be. Was like this place was run by high-school drop-outs.
