Just tried to order food in DT. It is 3:50 pm.
The guy ” working” came through the speaker and said,” Wewere not taking orders at this time.” I asked why and he replied, “short staff.”
I dont know how or why Taco Bell head quarters or franchises in general allow this kind of business. I went right next door to Wendy’s and they said it happens all the time with them. And also said at one point they were suppose to be open for breakfast and for months never would.
This seems to be a choice of how Taco Bell staffs and runs there slim line version of fast food. I have went to other locations 50 miles away and only had 2 people working..but at least they were actually working. What about the one guy taking orders? Lol. Clearly its a normal thing at this location because there wasn’t a soul behind me or trying to go into this beautiful untouched building. Pretty sad. You either want to grow your business or not. Absolutely pathetic service. But Wendy’s got the business!

Usually this location sucks and always has but today, Leslie H was fantastic and made our experience great! She took our large drive thru order SO quickly with no questions, did not ask us to “pull up” when they were getting our order ready (no one behind us), and labeled our items to make sure there was no confusion! Food was exactly what we asked for, we got so many sauces, and it was a great experience which is unlike this location. Thank you, Leslie!

Gotta hand it to the taco bell team working at 2pm on a cold and snowy day, I was really surprised on how efficient and friendly they were after looking at the 2.7 stars but they blew my mind when I came in everything was clean,team said hi, got my order in less then 5 min, I can’t really ask for more well done team working at 2pm on Jan 26. You deserve 5 stars keep up the good work.

I can’t rate the food because I couldn’t get my order. I ordered an hour before closing. Upon arrival at the menu, (2 minutes after submitting the order) the automated system said that they were closed. Pulled up to the window to be told they can’t make my order. I was then advised that I need to go through the app and cancel the order because they can’t cancel it on their side (which I highly doubt is true, it would just look bad on them). Terrible service and terrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

Should have read reviews. So disappointed since this is a brand new location.

Asked for burrito extra beans, no cheese, no sauce. They got it correct on the receipt, charging extra for the beans… but get home with a normal burrito with the cheese and sauce. Normally not that particular with incorrect orders, but the no cheese is because my daughter has a milk protein allergy and has severe reactions with any milk/cheese products. So this upsets me because it’s not like O can just pick out the cheese and give it to her, she’d still have a reaction! Likely won’t go back. They should look into what ever the issue is with this locations since this seems to be a very recurring theme.

We went through the drive thru. The service was typical for drive thru service. The food was okay, but I ordered Mexican Pizza and paid extra for sour cream. We ate on the road, and when I was ready for that part found no sour cream added and no cutlery to eat it with.

Update: I gave this location another chance to fulfill an order I put in thru the Taco Bell app. I paid $33 for food and my son went to pick it up. He went to the drive thru window and was told that the food we ordered could not be made made or given to us since they were out of too many. Items that were on the order. They then informed us that we had to cancel it via the app which is impossible to do. So he told them he would be right back and called me and told me. I tried to call the store and they refused to answer. Then he went back and they said that they didn’t have an order. They had marked it as picked up and no food was ever given to us and there was no refund so I paid taco bell $33 dollars for nothing.
If I Could give them a 0 stars i Would because I’m done giving this particular location Any chance at giving me food when I order it. They are just out now thieves. Don’t ever go here they’re terrible employees and apparently terrible managers.
I wonder if I could call the police it was out and out theft.

I ordered in app, and wanted the promo item. I was sitting in my car for a while with issues with connections (cellular) When an employee came outside. He was polite in asking if anything was wrong. When I told him I ordered in app he told me they could not cook my food (an issue with the grill) and would cancel my order and refund my money and give me back my promo. But I sat waiting for the app to update and it never did. He said they would refund it and return the promo. Instead he came out with a bag and said we steamed it instead. I was confused, then he said we are out of mango for the freeze (it was free). He then brought me out 1 each of the small freezes, cherry and Baja blast flavor. I left then realized the burrito was almost inedible and sticking to the wrapper so bad I was eating paper. So I want to say this employee went above and beyond for me but did not follow-thru with what he said, and the food was very disappointing. It tasted good just VERY difficult to eat and disappointing. Not sure why he didn’t cancel it and let me order something else. I would have.
