Javier was friendly and gave us great customer service during our quick stop for dinner after a sporting event in town. A taco was left out of our order (no big deal, it happens) but he accommodated the boys with a free sweet treat! Keep up the good customer service swainsboro taco bell!!

The food was poorly made,when I called to nicely ask for them to remake it,only five minutes later…the lady on the phone decided to make hateful remarks on the phone with me. We decided not to return but instead file a complaint. We quickly received a call from someone in charge who then offered to remake our food and send us coupons. The lady who called to help resolve the situation was kind, understanding and asked for details of my experience. Wonderful lady who truly tried to address and find out who might have said what and I appreciated her response time and kindness. But to experience something like this was hurtful, cruel and completely unnecessary. Simple fix… Place your customer on hold before bad-mouthing them. Will never return to this establishment, suggest going to the Dublin Taco Bell instead for quality food and service. Photos for proof that “one scoop of meat” is fine if that scoop covers the whole meal not just half.

The most courteous, responsible fast food restaurant in Swainsboro. Anytime my food hasn’t been correct or someone else picked up my mobile order, they made it right without acting put out or bothered. Not the norm. Their friendliness is greatly appreciated.

Me and my husband got dinner and nothing either of us ordered was made correctly. I hadn’t ate in almost 2 days so I was starving and usually when you’re that hungry everything tastes amazing…..not this time. If I hadn’t been starving and if it weren’t so late, I would’ve absolutely threw my meal away and went somewhere else. My husband had the same thoughts about his meal as I did mine. The Pepsi was on point as always though so that’s what my 1 start is for. We went through the drive through so Idk about the atmosphere and the service was typical of fast food drive through so I have nothing positive or negative to say about it.

Every table was filthy. They were slow at the time we were there. Since we were the only customers, there was absolutely no reason for the place to be that nasty. We had to wipe off a table and pick up trash just so my family could eat.

We placed our order on the app for dine in. We find it easier to access the full menu and customize our order to our needs without feeling rushed. Plus using the app you have access to rewards and extra items that are only available on the app.
The staff was very friendly and made our customized order correctly. It was very fresh and hot. It was quite enjoyable.
On another note, please bring back bingo.
