GiGi was very pleasant, patient, and courteous. With her great customer service alone, I will come back. On another note, my food order accuracy was not on point. I was charged for soft supreme tacos and received regular soft tacos. I also ordered 2 beef crunch boxes and both hard tacos in each were supreme tacos. So I got them but not in the correct order. Not the end of the world, just please pay close attention. Accidents happens, thanks Taco Bell ATL!

Awesome experience! Went in the drive thru around 10:30pm on 3-25-23 and was met with quick and friendly service. Was totally expecting them to act like they didn’t want to be at work but was met with the opposite! The young woman in the drive thru, Syneka, was very polite and made sure (more than once) that our order was correct. Food was also hot and tasty. After all the bad luck I’ve been having with fast food lately, it was nice to get hot food and good service. Great job guys!

They got our order wrong, forgetting one of the burritos in the build your own box and switched out the nacho chips for two dough balls (?) food was good but getting less food and not what we ordered was disappointing after a long day of travel.
