The service was ridiculous! I said my order to 2 different employees more than 5 times. Get to the window talk to a third employee they still couldn’t get it right. Couldn’t find the manger. Than sat at the next window for a ridiculously long time because none of the could figure out that we still needed a smoothie. And then we told two of them before something happened and a smoothie was made.

Great Food and friendly service. The only complaint I have is that the LARGE fries have turned into a MEDIUM fries. It’s like they aren’t putting enough fries in to make it a large fries. Other than that it’s a GREAT place with hardworking employees and the place is pretty clean.

There was an older lady yelling at 16 17 year old kids at the top of her lungs the whole time we were in there eating . If u have children that work here I would check on them. That lady likes to make them feel small. I literally wish I had the parents bane that lady was unreal. When she was yelling at first I figured she must havea bunch of slacker adults working for her. This team of kids come walking out from behind looking super stiff and the one had tears in her eyes I was waiting for her to call them names but she didn’t she just yelled alot

We spent $40+ feeding 6 people and when we asked for sauce with our meals they wanted to charge us again, when we told them we were missing a drink and a fry the ‘karen’ of a manager decided to try and prove us wrong and get us to pay again. We were on vacation and this was the worst service.

I love my Macdonalds app!. I regularly order bogo big Mac and 1/4 pounder. The server doesn’t always know how to run the app, but whatever location I’m in, they are quick to grab a manager and it’s never a long wait. The bread was a bit stale but still good, that is why 4 out of 5 starts on food.

Took the family for a breakfast outing. The establishment was busy, both lobby and drive through, but our ordering experience and wait for food was reasonable. We did not have issues with our food order. Our order was correct, and our food was delivered hot.

We ordered at the new kiosk and sat as it said to wait for our food. The food was delivered quickly with no glasses for our drinks. Jasmine told us we had to go ask for cups because they do not bring them to the table even though there is no mention of that on the kiosk. She did not offer to get them or anything. Also parking is terrible as you can’t pull out of your spot due to people jumping into the second drive thru lane just like the old store so there have been no improvements there.
