I walked into this Taco Bell and immediately I notice the cleanliness and then I was greeted with a positive attitude by the cashier Annie B. I ordered the Grande Nachos add chicken. My food came out in less than 3 minutes fresh, hot, loaded, and delicious. Must say my lunch break today was a good one. I went in thinking about another fast food place but thanks to Taco Bell Camp Creek my experience there today felt different from a normal fast food place. Thanks Guys

The young man that started the order was plesent unfortunately a impatient young lady took over. We were forced to go through drive thru at 9pm. It was 7 people in our vehicle, we could only make 2 orders. Half of our order was incorrect. A couple don’t eat steak but this is what was in our orders meaning when returning to Airbnb they didn’t have food.

Went here for a quick lunch and the employees in the drive through line was great. I didn’t get the name but it was a man with a boisterous cheerful voice. The food was up to par as well!

I ordered a hour before the store time was set to close when we arrived to get my order the lady at the speaker was very rude and said she gave out my order already . When I called the store phone I was given attitude and hung up on . I live right by this store and usually have a good experience during the day . But at night the service is horrible and makes you not even want to eat Taco Bell any more

Today is the first time I’ve had a excellent or even a good experience at this taco bell on Camp Creek in East Point Ga. The person that was at the window, his name was Ronnie. His energy, his communication, and his willingnessto help was EXCELLENT..He is the type of employee that I try to hire on a consistent basis. and I just want to say, thank you so much, Ronnie for being a excellent at providing great service. Camp Creek location: line was too long because the service was super slow. I guess they were working with a ghost crew. Then again, the young guy who took my order was laughing when he came on the intercom, so maybe they were clowning around and only half working. Who knows?! After I paid, he gave me a handful of sauces, napkins, and my straw in my hand. Why?? Just put it in the bag when you hand me my food!! Now I’m juggling all this stuff in my hand and had to put it in my lap until I got my food. I will say, his greeting was pretty good. He didn’t say “Go ‘head”, like McDonald’s employees would say. That’s the only positive. I suggest maybe some more “on hands” and “speedy service” training, with a tad of common sense refreshers.
