If I could leave zero stars! I would! I came here with a pregnancy craving and asked for the Taco Bell workers to please drop some fresh chalupas for me. As a former corporate employee I am aware of the stand time for chalupas and how often they should be changed out.
Of course once I received the food the chalupas were very hard and unappetizing. It’s really a disappointment that management is running this location like trash! Taco Bell has a great nationwide reputation for quality but not in this area. The employees treat your money like it’s nothing and don’t give you what you pay for!!

The service could be better. But the food was good and correct. It is going through remodeling stages it was combined with another restaurant and no success. They have a big pot hole in the parking lot, that needs attention. Someone will not be happy if their car gets damaged.
All in all taco bell is ok for a quick bite.

Normally not a bad experience, this time was terrible. All 5 items were wrong. No beef in the burritos, no chicken in the quesadilla. Paid for both, all my items came without. Emailed, no response, called the store, said they aren’t accepting calls and call 1800 tacobell. So maybe this review will get some notice.

My only advice is to come inside hungry oh, because there are a lot of choices to choose from …
You can mix and match, HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT COMBOS. Still with that being said oh, it’s a nice Change-Up to go between fish & tacos along with fries if you want that is!!!!

I ordered from this location before and it was not bad but tonight 12-2-21, it was horrible. I ordered for my family, I live 5 minutes away, I arrived home, the food was cold, greasy and salty. Cashier gave me drinks and said good night. I was like where is my food, I should have known.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. Every single time I visit, there’s an issue. They are always out of something—whether it’s basic ingredients or entire menu items—but instead of letting customers know, they just swap things out without asking. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten home only to find a completely different order than what I paid for.
On top of that, the wait times are absurd. It doesn’t matter if the drive-thru is empty or packed; expect to sit there forever, only to receive an incomplete or incorrect order. And when you finally do get your food, there’s a good chance it’ll be missing something because they “ran out” of it—again.
This location is a mess. The staff either doesn’t care or isn’t trained properly, and management clearly isn’t doing anything to fix it. If you like wasting time and money on the wrong food (if they even have what you want), then by all means, go here. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding literally any other Taco Bell.

Gagging. Ordered taco Supreme and burrito Supreme. Mushy and rank. No meat. Thought it was beans at first. Very little lettuce or sour cream. Just one big mushy horrible mess. SIDE OF BLACK BEANS AND RICE WAS EVEN WORSE.
