This location has gone downhill. Orders frequently miss requested customizations, and service is slow enough that it defeats the purpose of fast food. It used to be one of the most efficient and reliable Taco Bells around, but that’s no longer the case. The quality, speed, and overall experience have noticeably declined. Very disappointing compared to what it once was.

I rarely eat fast food, but usually when i do the service is very minimal like the workers are forced to be there. but at this place the workers Antwan was so kind and helpful and we only have a very brief interaction but he is what is expected when paying for a service. I appreciated it ! Food wise the cinnamon bites were hard with no filling inside i like the softness and cream but didn’t get that today , and u didn’t even mind because of the A+ service.

Just came through the drive through, and had two chicken Tacos. Have had many of these, never a problem until today. The meat was black and gray, and smelled HORRIBLE. How can anyone see that and put it together?!?!? Not to mention who ever put this together touched this nasty chicken, then touched everyone else’s food. It was horrendous. I called the store and the guy managers response was that they have been selling it all day and had no problems or complaints, Probably because anyone who ate this putrid rotten meat probably died before they could complain. But he offered to come and they will replace it, but if whatever cook they had actually let this nasty meat get sent out, that means this nasty meant came into contact with everything in that kitchen. No thanks buddy, you can keep my $6. A couple of weeks prior to this, I went there in the morning and got a breakfast crunch wrap and there was a piece of blue glove inside the tortilla. The lady manager had on the same color shredded gloves but was cool and offered a new one. Mistakes happen, so cool. But this taco issue was just way too much. Been going to this location for years because they were the best, and they have gotten progressively worse. I actually pass another taco bell on the way to this one. Will not be coming here again.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite but the prices seem to keep going up. I got the new tacos and I know they’re mini BUT I did expect a little bit more meat or toppings for the price the service was good it was late night so I understand it being a long line and busy. The workers were nice and apologetic to the wait. But to wait over 20 min and get this after working all day was not happy with it.

I went to the Stockbridge, GA Taco Bell at about 10:30 am on Friday, Oct. 30, 2025. I’m not experienced using the kiosks inside restaurants for ordering, and the gentleman at the front counter was so patient and helpful. Just a really nice person. Thank you so much, kind sir! Food was excellent, too. Also, the ladies’ room was very clean. This Taco Bell is a hidden gem among all the other nearby restaurants and traffic! Great experience, and I will be back.

I’ve been visiting this Taco Bell regularly since 2009, and for many years it was one of my favorite locations. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since the corporate takeover.
The lobby now closes early, even during hours when customers expect dine-in service. This is frustrating, especially for long-time customers who prefer to eat inside. On top of that, the overall service quality has noticeably declined—slower service, less consistency, and a lack of the customer care this location used to be known for.
This Taco Bell used to feel welcoming and reliable. Now it often feels rushed and poorly managed. I truly hope corporate leadership takes feedback seriously and brings this location back to the standard it once had, because it used to be a great store and I’d love to continue supporting it.

Not going to lie, I left a review a couple of months ago when this Taco Bell really made me mad. I usually come here and everything is fresh and correct, but one night the line was super long and they got my order wrong. I don’t eat beef, but instead of my chicken chalupa, they gave me two with beef and something else that was stale and nasty I was so upset that I left a negative review and hadn’t been back since because the lady told me I had to get back in line to reorder when the line was super long.
Tonight, October 9th, 2025, I decided to give this Taco Bell another chance—and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with the manager, I believe his name is Antwone, and he was incredibly apologetic. He gave me coupons, made sure my food was fresh, and my chicken chalupa was perfect this time!
I just wanted to come back and leave a positive review for Antwone. I truly appreciate you—thank you so much for being a listening ear and for caring about your customers. I also overheard him in the drive-thru encouraging his staff, telling them they were doing a great job. His energy and positive attitude at 10:30 p.m. after what was probably a long shift really stood out to me.

I made a mobile order, and have been sitting at the drive thru window for a good 10 minutes, still no food! Long line of other customers behind me! We were given our drinks but no explanation as for why it is taking so long! Not pulling us forward to keep the line moving either! Probably my last time visiting this store!
