The young ladies who served us to the cashier were all very nice. They made our order just like we like it especially the double steak. A bit pricier, but so worth it. It was a bit slow for a Saturday late lunch. Tables were super clean. Great food, and service.

This location is always skimping on the portion size, yet we as customers pay the full price. This is barely a salad! The lettuce doesn’t even fully cover the bottom of the bowl. Unacceptable! I wish there was another location close. I just want my money’s worth!!
Also, the employees aren’t very friendly.
Edited to add: barcode/sticker still left on grilled peppers from a different order. Sigh *see second photo* Now I’m wondering if the veggies are even properly washed before being cut and grilled? I keep giving this location chance after chance because it’s the closest location.

I visit the location today at 7:20 The manager by the name of was soooo rude to her employees in front of customers! She was very combative argumentative and not helpful as a manger to her staff. It made myself and other customers so uncomfortable that I verbally had to intervene and tell her how
Unprofessional she was while waiting for food. This seems like a hostile work environment which caused stress upon the workers she even stated” I’m the inky one here” which may indicate she needs better training or more help as a “MANAGER”. I was so disgusted which her behavior. I was completely appeased at such behavior evoking from a manage! Totally disgusted and will never eat here again as long as she works there

I come here for lunch often because of how convenient it is, but the service here is completely awful. I understand the lunch rush can be busy, but that’s no excuse to be dismissive or rude to your customers. I’ve also noticed an inconsistency in portion sizes. I have no problem ordering things like extra cheese, extra guacamole, or even extra meat, but the rice? I’ve seen in both my online orders and brick and mortar’s either a fair amount of rice/lettuce, or barely half a scoop, all for the same price. It’s ridiculous. Last thing, I tried ordering chimichuri sauce in person and was given two different explanations for the same outcome? It was both sold out and not there because it’s limited time. I wasn’t aware that it was limited time which really isn’t the problem, my issue is possibly a lack of training. If you can’t clearly explain why there isn’t an item on the menu, how can I trust you to put together my order? Is that why there’s a huge problem of inconsistency?

My coworker ordered 4 bowls online for my coworkers and I. Three of the bowls were honey chipotle chicken, they were completely inedible. The chicken was burnt and hard and was hard to bite into. They were also small and skimped on versus other chipotle sites.
We think the workers knew by how they were acting when they handed over the order. Absolutely terrible.
I’m not a picky eater but these orders were absolutely inedible.

Went to this location today for dinner! Got a burrito bowl with brown rice and I paid for a larger drink! The drink machine was out of Diet Coke and Sprite! I asked for them to fill the drink machine and was told they were out! I was given a bottle Coke since I already paid for my food. Get home to sit down and eat and the brown rice was not done, it was hard and crunchy!!! Chipotle is too expensive for the food not to be cooked properly! I will NEVER visit this location again!!! Also, the counter was a mess!!!!

I’ve been eating at this location for over 4 years now, and let me tell you, they make the best burrito bowls! The chicken Al Pastor in particular is my absolute favorite and this location does a really good job with their to-go orders.
I will definitely keep eating here for years to come!

I was really excited when this Chipotle location opened because it’s super convenient, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations. Almost every time I visit, the restaurant is very dirty, which makes it uncomfortable to eat there. On top of that, the staff often seem overwhelmed and the attitudes aren’t great, which adds to the experience feeling a bit out of control. The portions are also noticeably smaller than other locations, especially for the price.
I hope management steps in soon because this location has a lot of potential, but it really needs better maintenance and customer service.

Plenty of hot sauce , but they cut corners where it counts — the actual meal. Heard a kitchen worker say, “Only give half portion.” That’s not just lazy — it’s unethical.
Paying full price for a cut-down bowl? One move like this is enough to lose loyal customers.

Service may have been on edge due to the high volume for BOGO. Cook was cool like cucumber under pressure and was working the grill! The staff that was making the meals were friendly and attentive including the lady making to-go orders. The cashier was frustrated and honestly looked to be putting others on edge. All in all good Service due to the circumstances.
