Yo, don’t come here. They never feel like working. This isn’t even an angry review fr. They simply never feel like working. There is no reason the service is bad like how it is and the food is mid like how it is. I got some salted caramel churros and there was no filling in them AND they were hard and overly crunchy. I love Taco Bell, but this location??? Deserves zero stars. Seriously. this is ridiculous.

First off I want to say that if your ever consider ordering anything from here other than the freezes or Cinnabon delights I would consider driving the extra 10 minutes to your local Mexican restaurant or even local taco stand that’s in the gas station, at least there you’ll get something called consistency and flavor. I order a bunch of stuff for my first time at Taco Bell, the chalupas looked good but when I asked for no onions they put onions in. No big deal, I told them about it and they remade it for me. How happy I was until I got it remade and saw they only put in 4 small pieces of steak (see picture below). I didn’t know they was this stingy I would’ve went to chipotle if I knew that. I also ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito and added in steak and sauce. They should’ve renamed it to the bean burrito and miscellaneous because by the time I got halfway to the burrito there was nothing in it other than beans ( there’s no picture below of this because I threw it away at how disgusting it was). I honestly don’t know how people eat this but to each their own.

Will and Alicia D. did a great job helping me find some comfort food after my knee surgery this week. I really wanted a quality slushy and Will was willing to mix the dragon fruit and strawberry without hesitation… Then when I left and saw that they forgot my chips and cheese I went back and they gave me an extra one for the trouble. I really appreciate having restaurants like this in my neighborhood, especially at times like this when I’m in a lot of pain… thank you Will! Thank you Alicia D!

I’m a government worker and I came here after work. I ordered a Crispy Cantina Taco and a freeze…
I received my order to see the taco shell was overcooked and the cheese was thrown onto the taco. And the taco shell itself was completely broken…
I thought, no biggie. And went through the drive through to tell the cashier, who acted unconcerned and told me that the taco didn’t come to me that way.
I then just asked nicely for him to make me another one, and tried to give him back the taco. He didn’t take it.
I then waited for a new taco.
THIS taco had MULTIPLE HAIRS IN IT.
So I took it back inside and politely asked for a refund after showing the product had MULTIPLE HAIRS IN IT…
And the cashier had a weird attitude as if I was to blame for their mistake.
And then proceeded to throw out for me to return the other taco as well because they were supposed to take it and throw it out.
This is why I don’t go to this Taco Bell. This is how you treat government workers???

My experience at this fast food restaurant was highly unprofessional. There was confusion in the drive-thru over whether my tacos were regular or supreme. When I pointed out the mistake upon receiving my order, the cashier, Chrisnya, responded with an attitude, waving her hands dismissively. Her manager then mirrored her behavior. I was rudely interrupted as I tried to explain, only for the manager to contradict me instead of addressing my concern respectfully. This level of customer service was disappointing and disrespectful.
Update: Just opened my tacos and the quality/ quantity of my meat serving is unacceptable

Visited this restaurant on 05/08/25 for lunch for me and my son and April was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. As someone who has worked in retia management for 18 years, when I visit other businesses, customer service goes a long way with me. She was extremely nice, and I love to see that positivity when visit businesses. The food was great and couldn’t ask for anything more.
