I stopped in for a nice quick meal and a coffee. I highly recommend the onion rings, these were so crisp, they weren’t even mine but I had to snag one! The burger was cooked medium rare as requested, very tasty. They were out of sweet potato fries, so regular was ok. I usually like a side of ranch with my fries, I didn’t like the taste of the ranch dressing here – more of a vinegar taste to it or something different. I’ll look for sweet potato fries on my next visit or just grab the onion rings.

First time here, it definitely won’t be our last. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the food was absolutely fantastic. From entering to eating, maybe 10 minutes total. Just amazing service, and both meals were delicious. One of the tastiest marinated chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time, and killer fries. If you are passing through the Owego area and are looking for a bite, I highly recommend the River Rock Diner.

Small diner experience. Food is great, large portions. Quick and friendly service. We are from NC but come to Owego to visit family a couple times a year. Always eat here and it never disappoints!

Good prices. My omelet tasted great, it had onions, peppers and sausage gravy over it. The service was SO FAST! I ordered my food and I swear within 5 minutes my omelet was in front of me and piping hot! I was amazed.

Wow!! My dad & I drove 12 hrs or so from Camden SC we were hungry & tired the morning we woke up in Owego. Found this tiny gem of a place to eat! My dad ordered sausage gravy over biscuits and loved it so much he talked about it for the next three days! I ordered a western omelet and it was amazing! The potatoes with it were so tasty.. You guys deserve 10 stars honestly. Our wait time to be seated was a little aggravating because the place was packed and I was tired from the drive and hungry BUT we were so pleased with the atmosphere and cuteness of the place and such delicious food the time we waited for a seat doesn’t even matter. We thank you guys for such a great experience and great food. We live far away but will always stop in here now when we travel north. Thank you again!! Loved the adorable coffee mugs too!

This was a beautiful place by the river in Owego. They had both indoor and outdoor seating areas and took both cash and cards. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding, very prompt, and extremely reasonable in pricing. The serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with adult and children menu options.

Cute, clean, busy place with lots of options! Parking out back is a little tight, but works. You can use the back entrance by going up the backs stairs to the deck, and when we were there, you just sat yourself. Had the “Jr. Breakfast” and was still really full – it came with a pancake, eggs, and bacon, ham (steak), and sausage (link). Everything was really good, would go back… 🙂
