I’m highly disappointed in my experience tonight. I came here to this location around 1:30am. I ordered five crunchy tacos, three soft tacos, a burrito and a quesadilla. Upon arriving home I realized that all of the tacos were extremely slushy and cold. The crunchy tacos were so soggy that the bottoms were open and meat was spilling out. I only live 10 minutes from this location so I know it wasn’t the drive home. I immediately called the location to inform them that I wanted to bring back the tacos ONLY. Not the other two items I ordered as those are all good. The guy who answered the phone said we’re closed for the night. I replied don’t you close at 3am and he said yes what time is it. I was like it’s 2:30am. I’m already on the way. He told me after talking to the woman on the shift that there was nothing they could do as they had already closed everything down because it was slow. Since when are you allowed to do that? And then I pull up and see them in the location with headphones in instead of cleaning up or taking any orders.

This Taco Bell has the best customer service. I rarely have food missing or incorrect here and they’re always very polite. We live 15 minutes south of this Taco Bell in a town that has its own Taco Bell and we pass right by that one for the competent service. Best Taco Bell in America, hands-down.

One of the rare Good Ones, the food was hot, they didn’t dehydrate the chalupa shell in a warmer like other Taco Bells, and then give you cold food.

Manager was very pleasant and did not make me use the kiosk like most fast food restaurants. Food was delicious!! Dining room clean and orderly. Very nice experience. Employees kind and courteous.

Taco Bell is my favorite choice for fast-food. This location has decently full burritos. I’ve been to other locations where it seemed there was more shell than filling. There are tables outside under a roof if you want to eat outside.
