Soft tacos were wet. I asked for taco box with sour cream ( no sour cream) and I paid for it. I live a little ways from the location so can’t take it back. The drive thru got my order wrong ( then I was asked to go thru the drive through again to retake my correct order). Very disappointed. ( I know mistakes happen but really? This many I’m one setting)

I ordered a quesadilla and received what looks like a tortilla that briefly thought about being near chicken and cheese. The filling is so sparse it feels accidental—like someone shook the ingredients over it from across the kitchen and called it a day. There are random, sad clumps of chicken and a few lonely shreds of cheese, but no consistency, no melt, no flavor payoff.

Half the tortilla is completely empty, which makes every bite a game of “will this one have anything in it?” (Spoiler: usually no.) It’s dry, uneven, and honestly kind of insulting for the price. This isn’t a quesadilla; it’s a tortilla with commitment issues.

Taco Bell, I know you can do better. I’ve seen you do better. This was just disappointing.

Since It’s a very busy day for me and my daughters, I bought it and left, and it’s frustrating because I don’t have time to go back and get the one I’m missing.

If I could give negative points I would.

This place is absolutely unacceptable. It should be closed down.

I visited this place last week. No, I didn’t ask for a receipt. Because I should be able to ask for food and expect it to be acceptable, healthy, not endangering.

I forgave it, whatever. Visit again, two or so days ago. For breakfast. Spent 15-20 min on hold in the drive thru. And when I got my bacon crunchwrap, every.single.ingredient was in a different section/pile of the wrap.

Call me a “Karen,” but I’ve worked in fast food for YEARS. Unacceptable.

Today, I visited. Again. I asked to see a manager two times and was denied two times because I was in the drive-through. Do I care about your drive-through times. No! I should be able to drive to your drive through and expect healthy or at least not life endangering food. So, I should be able to see a manager in your drive-through because a manager should deal with this issue.

I was given a regional manager’s number on a napkin. That was supposed to deal with the issue. I called said regional manager. Dogs barking in the background. Her saying I don’t know who gave you this number. Her demanding for a receipt. Not accepting my word as a customer. Not accepting the fact that I have physical proof.

The cashier and the regional manager, Beau, demanding receipt, and that I should come in the exact time that there was a mistake. I shouldn’t eat my food in a different location then I bought it, in the drive-through, and expect it to be safe or acceptable. I should, as a customer, sacrifice my personal time and attention to attend to your business an make sure that you run it correctly.

I won’t show the photo of the number of the regional manager since it’s clearly her personal number.

The place is an absolute mess! Employees standing around socializing. I love Taco Bell and I’ve been all over the world and have never seen a Taco Bell so neglected and the employees not caring. They was even a homeless person with a shopping cart in the dining room. Come on! I will not be back to this Taco Bell!

I went to the drive-thru and ordered three hard tacos, I went to the parking lot next to the restaurant so I could eat my meal. I open the bag, grab a taco to open up the wrapper to put on sauce and see a few gnats fly out of it. First Taco had roughly three or four the second taco I only saw one fly out. It really is absolutely disgusting and no I don’t want to go back and ask for a refund or for another meal. Just be aware to double-check your food. This is bringing the word organic to a whole other level.

Ordered through Uber Eats. When we received the order that was totally sealed up the manager on duty said we must contact Uber Eats that we were missing items on the order. I told her it’s not Uber Eats that is the issue, they were not the ones who packaged the food and sealed it. She continued to argue with me that is was not there fault. She was basically blaming Uber Eats for the missing food. Poor accountability and customer service!!
