My mini taco salad had some type of liquid in the container (not grease, but felt and looked like soda). The entire bottom of taco bowl was soggy. I tried eating some of it, around the upper rim (as shown in pic). Unfortunately , I could not return it as we were about 15 minutes down the interstate before I realized the problem with this item and we were on a strick schedule. All the other food was great as well as the staff was very nice and professional.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Order a cantina chicken taco box. The two chicken tacos were not a full taco, they were half of a taco missing the other side of the taco, they also seemed like they were reheated because they were hard. I did not get any chips in my box I also ordered a side of fries which were cold as hell.. I will not be going back to this location. I will be contacting the manager as well as their corporate office. They is no need to ask me to remove my review I am not. So you want to eat here eat at your own risks.

the young lady during day shift drive through Brianna clark was a sweetheart. From the moment I pulled up, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. She greeted me with a smile in her voice and made the whole interaction feel easy and welcoming.
Brianna was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was correct without rushing me. Even during a busy part of the day, she stayed upbeat and professional, which really stood out. Small moments like that can completely change someone’s day, and she did exactly that for me.
You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about customers. Brianna is a wonderful example of great service, and she definitely made my day better.

Drive thru was fast and the team were all very kind. I got 3 soft taco supreme and a Baja blast. food was hot and drink was cold! Thanks again Taco Bell in Mirror Lake!

Service was great young lady on night shift was very polite and professional. We ordered $75 worth of taco bell. We received drinks immediately and id say 2 min or slightly more our whole order was handed out and completed. The crew were very effective and organized.5 stars fir the night crew we arrived right at 10:03 pm.

I stopped by this location on November 5th shortly after it opened. For what I ordered, the man at the window informed me that it would be about a ten minute wait for the grill to finish warming up. This was very understandable — not an issue whatsoever. The guy at the window who goes by the name of Key was extremely kind and helpful, and is the main reason why I’m here writing this review. The food was also very good, to make note. Zero complaints anywhere. My wait also ended up being much shorter than ten minutes. Key was a pleasure and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you, Key! (I hope I am spelling your name right)

Dined in for dinner, and was initially very pleased with the experience. One of the ladies behind the counter helped me with what I was looking for, and was extremely kind and professional. While I was eating, I noticed some German cockroaches, distinct by there size and color, by the kiosk and trash cans. I went to a different lady behind the counter to inform her that they had roaches scurrying around the lobby and that I tried to get to them but they ran up under the kiosk bars where you order on the big tablet. She caught an attitude with me, roll her eyes, gave me a big thumbs up and said “great!” And proceeded to walk to the back and complain about my comment to her co-workers. A man who I believe was the manager approached me and was much more understanding and kind and seemed to actually care about the establishment. Unfortunately, the ridiculous attitude from the first employee was even more disgusting than seeing the roaches. So I felt I had to leave a review. Will not be going back.

So I ordered ubee eats from taco bell. My food got stolen by the driver and this had happened once before and the resurant was able to remake it, no biggie. I had ordered the cheap nachos. THEY WERNT EVEN 5 DOLLARS. Taco bell refused to remake it even tho my uber driver had went to their drive thru, picked up my order and canceled it right after getting it. Shame on yall, never liked this location, never will.

I need the owner/ manager to read these reviews and just start over with the staff. Better off closing and restarting bc people can just go 2 miles away to a different taco bell and should. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. They will either make it wrong or very poorly. Taco bell is more expensive now than it even should be and it’s not worth going there if the food will be trash every time. I am so disappointed in the location being this terrible.
Look at this quesadilla that was served to me. I ordered 3 and they all looked like this. Like how is this acceptable. I won’t pay for this food again if this is the quality each time. Don’t waste your money or time.

This location has definitely gone down hill!! The so called manager refused to give his name or employee names after I asked to call someone above him to complain. Went into the store and the rap music was booming so loud with foul language and the employees were cussing too!! I asked to speak to a manager and he came out with his hat on sideways!!! I knew immediately I wasn’t going to get anywhere! He refused to give me anyway to contact anyone in fact stated there was nobody above him except the owner!!! No wonder they have a 3.1 review score!! If you have children and value what they hear and see do not take them to this location!!! I have contacted corporate for the information I was needing and am currently waiting on a call back from owner!
