I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but every time I go it’s always something. Service really needs to get better, it is the worst. Last time I went they just threw my food in the bag without wrapping it up and the taco ingredients were all over the bag, I just threw it out.

My order was taker was great. He listened attentively and repeated it back. All was good, he even communicated that our order was being delayed due to the potatoes. He had us parked very nicely and even the person who took the order out was very pleasant. Our food was hot, properly made and nicely bagged. We also got napkins and sauces something that is forgotten at times. Highly recommend this location. I wished I had asked the workers name to let the manager know they did a great job but we totally forgot. To the young men who did our order…. Keep up the good job.

Terrible experience here. Ordered food online and went to pick it up. When I got there undoubtedly their systems were down so they couldn’t process my order. When asked about my refund she replied, “dispute it”. I disputed it with corporate 2 weeks ago. Still no response or refund. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back.

Go to taco bell on Fairborn rd. Not the other douglasville location. This one has a score of 100 A. Everything always on point here. 50 % worse at other taco bell across the board! STILL today!! Update: computers at drive through! Loud! Impersonal! Bring back human touch! Addendum: Everyone has a bad day. Hope it’s a fluke. Bean burrito bean and cheese only came with beans painted on. Terrible. All tortilla. My cheesy roll had so little cheese you had to hunt for it. Very unusual for this store. Still like to get rid of automated voice in drive thru. Always obnoxiously loud and annoying!

Lazy crew! It’s 12:30am and they were all outside in the parking lot hanging out. When I pulled to drive thru speaker, the cashier told me they’re only doing mobile and DoorDash orders. That’s insane on a Friday night! Never again.
