I got a Bigger Plate and it took less than 7 minutes to get here. When I opened it, all of the rice was undercooked — both portions were hard and not edible. I ordered two sides hoping at least one would be okay, but neither of them were.
The Honey Sesame was alright, but I’m not a fan of the Kung Pao Chicken at all. And don’t even get me started on the Beijing Beef — it was so hard I couldn’t even finish the first bite.
But hey, at least I got my sauces.

I’m done with this Panda Express location. The management is terrible, and it shows in how the place is run. The food is never ready—every visit turns into a 10, 15, even 20-minute wait for what’s supposed to be fast, casual food.
On top of that, the portion sizes are disappointing. When I asked about it, the manager told me what I got was a “full portion” and said I’d have to pay extra for anything more.
This location seriously needs improvement. Have the food ready, serve fair portions, and do better overall. It shouldn’t be this frustrating to grab a quick meal.

As a delivery driver, being handed the customer’s cup to fill at the fountain, this is an unsanitary practice and it needs to be washed off the board immediately. Imagine exactly where a driver’s hands have been 20 different restaurants. Imagine how many people you see picking their noses while driving a car. Imagine how many people you see picking wedgies out of their butt cracks at any given point in the day.. those are the fingers that you’re expecting to be all up inside of a customer’s cup regardless of them only touching the rim or not. Because by the time they grabbit the lid they’ve just contaminated all of the filth inside of the customer’s cup. If you people want to keep handing me cups to fill, I will happily fill the cup with whatever I want to be drinking, I will be contacting Uber support, and I will be reporting the violation. In the meantime Uber support cancels the order and now I have a free meal.

It’s a very nice place. Quick and friendly service with a clean dining room and service area. The open kitchen also seemed to be pretty cleanly, so as someone who has family with food paranoia I definitely felt safe bringing my spouse back a bite to eat from here. I recommend it if you’re in the area and are feeling like its the night to grab that bowl of rice and spice!

Second time I come & the rice is undercooked I bit into little pieces of raw rice. & the portion on my entre was literally four pieces of meat the rest stems of just broccoli , asked for a different plate with noodles & found this piece of lettuce in there, definitely need to do better.

The guy who prepared it was rude who throws sauce at a customer who lets it sit there to become cold when I watched you prepare it! Then when I asked him to bag it he wanted to give additude about it thats your job! Then when I finally got my food after watching it get cold for about 5 plus Mins I said thank you and he didnt even acknowledge me we love panda and we only really get it maybe once a year for Christmas eve! It was a tradaition not anymore ill neber be back there after that guy was so extermly rude he deserves to be fired and I hope he gets what he deserves

They just piled my food in a tray that is made to separate the items I ordered. They put beef and broccoli at the bottom and piled Kung pao chicken on top. It was pig slop as the person whom prepared it saw fit to display it as so.

I been trying to give this location another chance but end up disappointed. The chow mein seems to be either old or really dried out from cooking, the orange chicken is over cooked always get crispy dried out pieces. It seems the staff looks confused and not knowing what to do when ordering. I really was hoping this location would improve with the food and customer service but might just have to make the extra drive and go to a different location for future.

Great food. We don’t often order our food online and pick up like most. We like to be in front of the menu and pick our stuff. We like to talk with the staff while our food is being selected. There have been a few times the item I wanted looked dry. They were always happy to cook up a new batch. With that being said, we have had no issues. Great food and great staff.
