I ordered twice now from taco bell on Uber and half HALF of my order was delivered both times. NO sauce, no napkins nothing. This time I got my drink but missing many things. I try to call and they never answer the phone! I let it ring over 10 minutes back to back. I will be calling corporate. It cost too much to get this kind of service.

I’ll begin by saying that this Franchise location did have a Serve Safe food Score of 96. Second, it will be a VERY Very long time before I spend Income here again. That’s how I got my bag. The sauce packets were covered in what I hope is red colored drink mix. Are you telling me they didn’t feel that as you picked them up? Did the original person not think to run them to the sink even if it was under cold water? The shells were soggy, broken, luke warm, and probably underweight! Why would you give me tacos that were sitting on the line? Just because you add cold ingredients, the meat doesn’t become cold as it passes to the customers. You blessed someone else paid, and I don’t feel well. Employees-if you’re not paid well, don’t screw the customer.

And THIS late night team is in a league of its own. Not only was my customized order correct, appropriately warm and crunchy, and made quickly BUT the man at the window even verified our sauce choices! A true king.
Taco Bell Corporate, that man needs to be on management track. Give him a raise. That simple consideration is a sign that he’s gonna make sure things get done right. Best Taco Bell team in America, hands down!

I loveee taco bell. go here almost every day. I placed a mobile order cause i had my baby with me, and she had just went to sleep. I put to pick it up in the drive thru. pulled up and they told me to come inside due to it being a shift change? i told them i had a mobile order and a baby and he still proceeded to tell me to come inside, this time more condescending. I walked in with my baby and was told i had to make my drink and get my own napkins. I legit put drive thru pickup for a reason, i was unable to go in and do all those things due to having a baby. When i looked in the back there was several employees. One was outside kicking a bag of trash into the side of the building…

Told me to come inside to place an order. When I asked why they told me they were short staffed. Came inside and find all the employees playing around with each other. And then took 20 minutes to cook my food. There was one other person inside with me. Freaking ridiculous

I ordered a nacho cheese taco extra with my meal. NO NACHO CHEESE TACO. Normally I wouldn’t care but I really wanted that taco, and it took about a whole entire HOUR to get it out. People who came in after were getting their orders way faster and I even had to wait for a drink cup. There’s barely any lettuce in my crunchwrap, it’s almost completely empty, and I still don’t have my nacho doritos locos taco. Worst taco bell experience EVER and I deal with them in busier places.
UPDATE : just took out my taco and it is absolutely demolished and nearly impossible to eat!!!!
