One of the slowest Taco Bell’s in America. Wasn’t really busy and few times I’ve been here it took 20-25 minutes to get one simple order. Every once in awhile it’s 5 minutes I’ve noticed. Think it depends who the manager/crew working is.

Only reason for even 1 star is because 1 thing I got was correct. Methina and her grandma took 18 minutes to completely mess up my order while the two teens literally did nothing. But I understand: cantina chicken crispy tacos and franks diablo soft tacos are completely the same. Yeah right. 18 minutes for a completely messed up order is complete bs. This dump needs to either be completely restaffed or closed.

This place don’t deserve even zero,driving across the country been in 48 states when you ordered food that always had I’ve expected the same..but I wanted to make a u-turn to let them eat the food that we paid for it if they can eat it and shallow..the Chalupa bread is like rubber,lettuce not fresh, cheese hard,pasta in Chicken Alfredo is really hard same thing in Meaty Marinara..WHAT KIND OF FOOD ARE YOU SELLING???OLD OR LEFT OVER???Take a look all the pictures that I posted on and let me know..and that’s for sure we will not I repeat we will not stop again to get anything from this place WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

The actual task is to be good, presentable and clean while busy. Food was burnt, no sour cream in veggie bowl, beans were dry as if who cares… I am surely not coming again.

Normally I wouldn’t do this on one bad visit. But it seems to be getting worse here every time I come here. So I figured I would let you know what to expect. I have included a picture of how they wrap your food… Easiest job and you fail miserably. And it seems like every time you are always out of some of the most basic taco Bell and Pizza hut items.
Customer service skills are almost non existent except for the couple people I have seen multiple times go above and beyond. But the only reason I come here is cause it’s one of the only choices for food in this town when your stuck on a reset in a truck.
Other than that normally clean and sometimes you will get a clean table.

2 bean burritos and 2 soft tacos, which normally cost $9 cost $15 here. Avoid it like the plague.

Employees were really nice but this taco bell is owned by the BP Gas station it’s connected to and they raised their prices by 3X the regular taco bell menu. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and 2 taco supremes which is usually around $6-$7 at my regular taco bell. This BP Taco Bell charged me nearly $13 dollars! BP is ridiculous. Plus the rice in my burrito was stale and crunchy.

This little Taco Bell, which also operates as a Pizza Hut, inside the food court of a TA Travel Center off Exit 296 of I-75, is the best Taco Bell that this 65yo guy has found since the one I first ate at in Memphis, TN…the one where my teenage friends that worked there protected my food’s taste and value when I visited on their shifts.
The workers at this location ALWAYS give me the great food that I expect and for the economical prices available at Taco Bell. And because it always tastes great, I always order a second combo after eating the first…and while I only know faces and no names, it doesn’t seem to matter who is on shift or making my food! It is just consistently the best! So much so, that while I have a Taco Bell less than two miles from me, I drive instead over twenty miles whenever possible to eat at this one.From opening time to closing time…anytime that I can make the drive…the last time just happened to be my birthday lunch with my wife.
Another benefit – inside this food court is also an excellent Popeye’s kitchen, and I always eat a spicy leg along with my two orders from Taco Bell. I have a Popeye’s probably half a mile from my apartment. Once again, it can’t compare to the one in this food court!
This is my happy place, and I can’t say enough about the group of great employees that make it that!!
