Waited 30 min in line and my food came out cold and still bright pink, severely undercooked. The staff are far from pleasant, they where either unbelievably rude or unbelievably depressed. Asked my cashier if he was okay and he told me he wanted to kill himself (I do hope he’s okay). I wonder how back the management team is if their workers are like this. Extreme changes need to be made to this place or it’s as good as gone cause I never want to experience that again.

This is probably the worst KFC in America. A couple of weeks ago I went by at 11 (they open at 10:30) and a man was in the store but all The lights and everything were off. I pulled up to the drive up window and knocked on it and he said there’s no manager there so they can’t do any business he had no idea when they’re going to be there or open. He clearly had chicken cooked and everything ready to go just apparently couldn’t sell anything.

Came to this location to order when they opened. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone responded to the drive thru speaker for them to say that even though they opened they had no food that would be ready until another 30 minutes. If there is no food ready until 40 minutes after you open then you probably shouldn’t be open yet. I drove to another location further down that opened at the same time and they had their food ready and were much nicer and more professional.

This is a Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this location does not support the Tavo Bell mobile app. We ended up eating a KFC item and then picked up what we wanted from Taco Bell at the Woodstock location on Hwy 92 and Main Street 3 miles up the road. A bit of an inconvenience but doable.
