Well I didn’t enjoy the fact that I had to order from a kiosk. I understand that they fast food industry saying they can’t get employees and so if you want to dine in you’ve got to do the kiosk cuz there’s not going to be anybody to put the counter to assist you. And I’m sure in other cultures ergo, Japan this is what you’ve always done. So I guess I need to change my view but still I’m not quite ready for it. After all the saying that the two tacos I had were very good when I got my food from the young lady. She was very smiling. And thank you very much for my order. It’s Taco Bell. It’s fast food. It is what it is and it was worth my five bucks

I ordered a taco burrito craving through door dash 45 minutes ago. They confirmed the order immediately and made my dasher wait 30 minutes for 8 items. If they were closing and were that short staffed, why did they accept the order?

I rarely come to Taco Bell but when every time I am here I wait in line 10-15 minutes then get told they are “closed” for however so long. I understand being short staffed, but when there’s no drive thru line, 2 cars in the parking lot, you’d think there would be enough labor to make a couple tacos within 15 minutes.

Made a mobile order well in advance and was told “it’s gonna take a while. It’s a lot of food” when we arrived. We only ordered 2 things and not a single person in the drive thru nor eating inside. As we went to go park and wait, my husband overheard the drive thru server tell her employees to “take their time on that mobile order”. It really amazes me seeing the lack of work ethic. There’s a reason this place is cheap.

I love Taco Bell , so I eat it constantly and this is the closest location to my house. Normally there aren’t too many issues, but there has been several times where I placed a mobile order through the app and when I arrive they say “we are closed for the next 45 minutes” with no reason or heads up anywhere online. I then have to cancel my mobile order and don’t get refunded till the next day.

Probably one of the Few Taco Bells that actually maintain the meat. Not only was it fresh but it wasn’t dry and had flavor. They also not only properly filled my Tacos but also put extra lettuce cheese and onions on them like I had ordered. Thanks for a great Meal.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to, never going to this location again. Seems like the manager doesn’t care because of the amount of one star reviews, nothing has been fixed. Ordered a quesadilla and a taco party pack. The tacos all had way too much sour cream to the point where they were inedible. The sour cream was also at the bottom of the taco instead of the top? The quesadilla was burnt to a literal crisp. Inedible. I don’t know how you make a quesadilla, wrap it up, and put it into a bag without noticing this. Really shows you don’t care about your customers, which by the way since you obviously don’t know this already should be your #1 priority in a business. No customers = no money

Had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Was told to wait in the mobile pickup parking spot. Two cars that were in line after me got their food before me. When I got my food it was not even what I ordered. I spent more money than what I was recieved.
