after a bad experience the other night, i had put in a complaint to the customer service forum on the website. i had opted to be contacted again and after i was contacted, the GM already had started the call about my experience with passive aggression and was unprofessional in her verbiage. there was no apologies from her on on the staff’s behavior. and she was somehow confused on how not talking to customers or double verifying people’s orders is not basic customer service. food was great but BASIC customer service was very lacking and i can see why if their manager is not a nice person either. i get y’all work at taco bell but being nice and decent to folks isn’t and shouldn’t be hard. we literally waited in the drive thru for almost half an hour and the staff didn’t talk to us at all besides being at the speaker. i usually never really expect taco bell to have amazing customer service but everytime we’ve been here, it’s usually not bad enough to the point i felt like i had to complain. if the service was fast, i wouldn’t be complaining. this location used to be good and now it’s just not what it used to be. if y’all are gonna choose to be rude to folks, at least be fast with your service. also if the GM is reading this, if you’re gonna contact customers who complain, maybe don’t be aggressive and confused when someone complains and actually ask questions with understanding and empathy. i work in customer service and i get that its hard sometimes but as a MANAGER, you should always be professional when addressing concerns. i can see why your staff looked unhappy and were rude now.

This taco bell leaves the doors unlocked but when you come in you are told to leave. I ordered on the tablet inside and waited over 40 minutes for my order. The bathrooms are locked so while you are waiting this ridiculous amount of time you cannot use the bathroom and are forced to wait.

Typically I have a good experience here but the past 2 times Ive come have been extremely disappointing, coming to an empty drive through at 12am, I don’t understand why I was being rushed to order and I would think it shouldn’t be too much on the employees to put together a decent taco. I ordered Catina Chicken tacos, which is typical good, but recently dry, barely any cheese and just not appetizing. I just wanted two tacos and one came smashed for some reason and there was nothing heavy in the bag.

Customer service was great, longer wait with no one in line and an empty parking lot. The wait time is never an issue if you get what you ordered or at least have your food prepared correctly. Doritos locos tacos supreme in my opinion are one of the best items on the menu and pretty difficult to prepare incorrectly, however when 90% is packed full of that cheap shredded ice burge lettuce with the smallest amount of beef I have ever seen with no cheese and 2 pieces of a diced tomato… I think you can understand my predicament. I can always wait longer that is never an issue but service with a smile is quite deceptive, when in the end of the day it’s the food that really makes your rating Taco Bell is cheap good and very consistent however that consistency has only seemed to go downhill. Taco Bell needs to go down as one of the greats but this progressive bleeding of quality is very distasteful and encourages me never to return.

I was supposed to get a Doritos loco taco, the wrap itself was completely wet like if they would’ve dropped it in a wet area on top of that I’m pretty sure the taco is supposed to be a HARD shell taco but not just one taco came out soggy but 2/3 tacos came out soggy. Both tacos were completely soggy I had to force down 1 the other one wasn’t even soggy anymore it was just completely wet it wasn’t edible anymore. Just saying employees needs to do better I’m not trying to pay for food I won’t be able to eat

Quick service on getting food after ordered. Good portion in burrito and tacos which is rare these days. Twists were fresh and hot which is also rare these days.

First time visiting this location and it was a surprisingly good experience for this area compared to their location on Pleasant Hill. We were promptly greeted when we walked in, our order was taken and the food promptly made and expedited. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this location.

Don’t stop there, it doesn’t matter how hungry you’re are. If you stop there, you’ll have to wait long time, food is cold, nachos chips are not fresh.
