Incredible! Southern cooking at its finest!! Best stewed squash and fried okra I’ve ever had!!! Cabbage was excellent- tender and plenty of ham flavor. Fried chicken could not have been any better. Ribs were tender and great smoked flavor. Banana pudding and peach cobbler were delicious! I bet everything on the buffet was incredible!!

Just Awesome!
Everything I tried from the seafood bar was good. From frog legs to shrimp (multiple ways) to deviled crab. All the usual sides but I didn’t make room for those. They looked great but I can’t say either way.
Banana pudding and Peach cobbler was top notch! I’m so full I can hardly walk! lol
We will most definitely stop here every time we make it to the area.
Service was top level as well. The staff kept food in all the bins and drinks in our cups.

Great southern cooking. They have an all you can eat buffet. If you can’t find something you’ll eat, you’re not from the south. If you’re not miserablly full when you leave, that’s your fault. And the price…there’s reasonable and then there’s this place. They’d have to raise the prices to get up to reasonable. This is the cheapest and and best choice for lunch you’re gonna find.

First time visiting girls early dinner trip…we visited on a Friday for the seafood buffet…we were a little early so we had a salad from the buffet and sat on the deck outside..it was lovely nice breeze, ceiling fans going and about 9 cats stop by to greet us but never came close…the salad was delicious and the servers let us know when the buffet opened so we can come inside to make out plates. Everyone was super nice and attentive . The food was hot andeven though majority was fried the food was batter in different batters and fresh grease. I had frog leg for the first time and they were great and taste just like chicken it’s not a myth. I had cat fish that u actually like no fishy taste of old grease taste. I was impressed by the freshness ofwill most definitely visit again.

So I go in this place. I’m a local. I take my family in here. Maybe two three times a week and with us being so regular you know you you get used to something being a certain way and when it changes of course you being the customer you tell them I told them that the ranch dressing had had too much mayonnaise put in it then the owner proceeds to tell me that she would rather me not come back because I’m always complaining. Look you run a restaurant. If somebody doesn’t like something I wasn’t mean I wasn’t rude. I just simply said that the ranch had too much mayonnaise and you’re supposed to want to fix that. Not argue with the customer. Their staff for the most part is good. The owner needs to do better and how many times have I come in there and found hair in my food and had to tell people that were sitting beside me looking at me all crazy when I showed the waitress that hey it happens. Yeah be my last time going here because I I went back inside to make sure that she knew that I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful saying yes ma’am and no ma’am and things of that nature and she catches attitude with me. But that’s okay cuz you can hide it for now. But there’ll be more people that come along and you’ll treat them the same way when you get mad. They didn’t like something called positive criticism. Did y’all get your septic fixed? In today’s date is October 18th. I would say this happened between 11:00 and 12. Pull the video up and post it with this comment. I bet you you’ll get to see where I was being just as respectful and smiling and laughing and joking. I just didn’t like the ranch dressing but whatever. Go ahead and put the video on here and don’t flatter yourselves about your seafood Make your employees start wearing hair mitts or something because y’all have hair in your food a lot your croutons have been stale the past three times that we’ve been there for the salad and the past two times we’ve been there. Y’all had no bacon bits. A customer literally had to come up there and ask y’all for some a salad. Everybody eats bacon bits. This ain’t about me and you Michelle’s this is about customer satisfaction. There’s enough hatred in the world. We don’t need you guys as business owners being ugly to people like that again. All I was saying is the ranch dressing tasted like mayonnaise but I’m not going to lie. It’s a really cool place to be to eat. It’s really country and Southern. I do like that and then your food sometimes is on point and sometimes it ain’t and your customer service. You got some good waitresses this is directed toward the owner. You need to do better. I wonder if your husband knows that you’re treating his customers like that or brother or whatever it is like I said two or three times a week. It’s very rare. I go there with less than three people. I mean I have seven kids so when we come in there it’s a crowd and you treat me like that. Then when I come back and try to make everything okay and let you know that I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful. You tell me that you have a right to refuse service lol baby you don’t have to refuse service to me. I was already not coming back

The food was delicious. First time here— just a visitor stopping by. Today was a seafood buffet and the food was fresh. Sam was our waiter and she was nice sweet woman. I truly enjoyed her service. This is also a buffet style restaurant.

If you love country food, especially southern country food, you need to eat here. The food is extremely good, very tasty. I went on a sunday and I had turkey, ham, dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, collard greens, some more vegetables and I finished it up with banana pudding. At a five stars, I would give it a seven. Reminded me of home.

My parents took me to this place when I was a kid in the 90s. I haven’t been here since then and now live in NYC and was reminiscing on the past. I’m glad this place is still in business. For anyone stumbling on this review, the food must be good if this place has been around for many decades

Stopped here on the way to the beach. Very reasonable prices and the food was excellent. Big selection of main courses and desserts. Definitely make a stop if you’re traveling thru.
