I had a terrible experience at this location. Normally I stop here almost every single day after my son gets out of school & always have a pleasant time. I even have a great connection with some of the empolyees. I went through the drive thru at dinner. After having to repeat myself multiple times, I finally got my order. I pulled up & parked to make sure it was all there. Realized I was missing a burrito. So I drove back through the drive thru to get my missing burrito. The managers asked for my bag back at the window, snatched it out of my hand, pulled all the item out, opens them, put them back into the bag & shoved the bag back at me. Gave me the bag back telling me to check myself again cause the burrito was in there. So I pulled it all out the bag again & showed her I only had 2/3 burritos. She was so rude & I was even telling them at the window I have NEVER had any issues with daytime shift. She was way too rude & aggressive. She made me feel like I was lying, trying to steal & made me very uncomfortable.

As I am coming to leave this report I also seen someone else has had a similar experience. I am stealing their photo off their review so you are aware of who I am speaking about. She needs to find a job she enjoys if she’s unhappy & can’t fake a smile until she’s off work. I won’t be returning until I see she’s no longer working here.

Terrible Experience: Abusive Manager Creating a Toxic Environment

I visited this Taco Bell location last night to pick up an order. The service was unacceptable, and the atmosphere was toxic, due entirely to the female manager (African American, New York accent) who was on duty.
First, service was extremely slow and disorganized. I initially went to the drive-thru but was asked for a code I didn’t have. I then parked and went inside. While waiting, I observed three cars in the drive-thru line receive their orders before mine—a situation that made no sense. When I inquired about my order with the woman at the drive-thru window, she stated she couldn’t see it.
The most shocking part of the visit was the manager’s behavior. She was cursing loudly and repeatedly, using the ‘B’ and ‘F’ words while screaming at employees and seemingly customers from the food prep area. This created a highly disgusting and uncomfortable environment. Several people witnessed this abusive behavior, including minor teenagers in the dining area, an African American couple, and another young woman who entered the restaurant. All of us were visibly uncomfortable and distressed by the continuous screaming.

This manager’s conduct is creating a disgusting and toxic environment. This is clearly not a one-off issue, as I have witnessed numerous instances of unprofessional and abusive behavior from the same individual. Taco Bell corporate and the owners of this franchise must investigate this serious issue immediately and remove this manager.

I am a paying customer who will not return to this location as long as this manager is employed here. Her behavior is a liability to the brand and is guaranteed to lead to more serious issues if not addressed.

I strongly recommend you submit this review on multiple platforms, such as the Taco Bell corporate website’s feedback form, Google Reviews, and any other platform where you initially found this location. Documentation is key in these situations.

Agree that they don’t care about indoor people. Waited an extra 20 min after ready time and only 4 of the drinks worked. Only 1 sauce and napkin bin was stocked. Very sad looking nuggets too.

This was a great restaurant when i first moved to this area 3 years ago but iver the past couple months the service at this location has been horrible. I’ve had to wait for over 20-30 minutes for my food once i got to the store AFTER placing my order to the app and driving there. I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby after placing my order at the kiosk. Tonight I went through the drive through and thankfully checked my order and 2 items was missing, I went in and told them and everyone looked at me as if I was pretty much lying about 2 tacos and to be honest they wastrying to hide the fact that they thought I was lying, i get plenty of free food through the app, i have no need to lie about what I SPENT MY MONEY ON. This experience but a bad taste in my mouth and as much as i liked this location, i wont be going back.

Found this in my nachos. I’m guessing it’s a string of lint or something. I wonder where it came from? On a positive note the food was good and the staff has some very handsome men working there who seem to enjoy what they do. I must say I enjoyed the eye candy. If it wasn’t for whatever that was in my food I would give this Taco Bell 5 stars.

This is literally one of the worst and slowest Taco Bell restaurant I have ever seen. Whether it’s my personal order or an order I’m picking up for delivery, they are ALWAYS slow and provide the worst customer service ever.I placed an online order for pickup. My order was not ready until another 15+ minutes after I arrived to the store. When I come for delivery orders, the wait is always more than 10 minutes. When I say this location is horrible, HORRIBLE………

Please look at my pictures. This taco was barely 1/3 of the way filled with ingredients. Also, they gave me a whole bunch of small broken chips for the nachos. If you’re going to have nachos, please serve full-size chips in order to pick up and scoop the ingredients. Little broken chips cannot be used to eat the food with unless you use a fork. So what is the purpose of nachos if you have to eat them with a fork? Food was also on the cooler side. Second time I had an issue with this location I would avoid it at this point.

Ordered two lux boxes tonight online a few minutes before I arrived and was told I had to pull around and wait another 8 minutes until my order time. I was a little surprised because that’s never happened before but I waited and came back. My order was correct and hot except, the cinnamon twists had almost no cinnamon and tasted bitter like chemicals. Something was not right so I threw them out. Maybe they got sprayed with some cleaner but there was something very wrong with those twists. Otherwise, friendly and kind staff.

Staff took too long to fix drive thru or inside pick up orders. Staff didn’t take any orders at register was directed to used rhe kiosk. Manager never helped when orders were behind. Staff argued and talked about making customer wait more than an hour so they could leave for a super long wait. Won’t return to this location

I messed up and ordered cheesy gordita crunch with beef and I needed it to be vegetarian. This was already a free rewards item and I wasn’t betting on anyone working with me and fixing it but without question the lady manager swapped it out completely and the gentleman that was building the food orders even asked me through the kitchen if I wanted black beans or refried. They were busy as they could be and they still went out of their way to look out for me and my already free item. This store has low ratings but I’m betting you come in with the right attitude and they will look out for you like they did me. It was also super clean. Portion size was standard with Taco Bell’s standards.
