I don’t usually do this for fast food places unless I had a horrendous or phenomenal experience. This Taco Bell exceeded my expectations as a consumer in my county. I went through on a casual run to grab my favorite burritos and they were extremely kind to my dog, Jess and I. This franchise is usually one that’s associated with more of a cool kids vibe but today I saw values that went far beyond the surface. I wanted to shout out this locations employees for being pet friendly near a vets office and making me and my girl Jess feel valued as customers.

Pretty quick

Tonight was the first time in a whole 2 years they ever missed anything from my order, and they addressed it super kindly and very quick. I believe I was helped me the manager, a young gentleman with cool long dreads who greates me quickly and kindly when I came through the door; he was already ready to address any concern with a kind tone. It wasn’t a big deal at all and his crew was very sweet as well.

Their whole team is always on point, delivering fast and courteous service and restaurant is always clean and stocked up!

Please please please give them a raise, they deserve it!

Last night at 10:52pm, my son got food for me because I’m sick & didn’t feel up to cooking. He asked for a Black Bean Burrito & a Potato Soft Taco. The first thing is the receipt reads 2 Beef Soft Taco with a substitute for the beef. Why is that when it could’ve just been keyed in correctly? Secondly, when I opened the bag to check my food what I actually got was a burrito tortilla with no rice, a little cheese, very little lettuce, less than a spoonful of beans & mostly the bean gravy.
Also, there was no lettuce in the Potato Taco & most of the potatoes were overcooked & too hard to chew. (I ended up throwing away at least half of the potatoes & adding my own lettuce, cheese & tomato to it but forgot to take photos)
Lastly, he was definitely overcharged because the Soft Potato is a different price than a Beef Taco. Another reason why it needs to be keyed in correctly. (Also he would never order that even with a sub, because I don’t eat meat & there have been previous mistakes) We haven’t been to this location in a long time & this experience sucked! Definitely not the level of service we were getting before. It’s bad enough that it took 15 minutes, but then on top of it bad food on a simple order?! Wasted time, wasted money AND I ended up getting my sick self out of bed & making my own meal anyway. I want my order replaced & prepared the right way, but honestly I don’t trust them not to do something to the food. I also filled out a Taco Bell online survey. I want to be contacted about how to make this right!

*Update* I wish I would’ve read the reviews of the last year for this location. I would’ve told my son anywhere but here. Ridiculous

It’s a Taco Bell. I don’t expect very much. However, this location gave me the worst food I’ve had at one in years tonight.

I ordered a simple Luxe box on the app. 5 layer burrito. Soft taco supreme. Cinnamon twists. Medium Dr. Pepper.

The 5 layer burrito wasn’t even wrapped really. I unwrapped it and half the contents fell out of the bottom. The soft taco supreme had no sour cream and so much lettuce I couldn’t taste the meat. The cinnamon twists were disgusting. Hard to bite through and super sour/bitter. It was clear they hadn’t changed the frying oil for a long time and it had gone rancid. This is the 3rd Taco Bell I’ve had burned and/or rancid cinnamon twists at. I’m just going to stop ordering them I guess.

I was told by some friends that this Taco Bell has the worst service. That if i’m here, I should just go ahead and leave. I was determined to prove them wrong. And boy did this Taco Bell prove them wrong. I received my order about three minutes after placing it, and I didn’t even have to ask about the Baja Blast Freeze I ordered! When I opened the bag they left a sheet of paper in saying if i had any questions or complaints, to call the manager, and linked his phone number! very kind! The place itself was playing upbeat happy music, and all of the tables were clean. It was a very great experience:) thank you taco bell!

I’ve tried way too many times with this specific Taco Bell my last time! When it comes to making an order they have you repeated three or four times for them still to serve you the wrong thing-I say no sour cream and no guacamole and they throw more on so frustrating when all you want do is grab something quick to eat and go home after pulling 14 hours-after sitting at home, trying to scrape off the sour cream and noticed that they put extra sour cream on there. I took my food back up there. Thought I had the right to as I’m explaining that my order is completely wrong. They assure me they’re going make the right thing. OK I get the Cantina bowl now. The first time I ordered it you didn’t have none of that zesty sauce on there now all of a sudden you want to put the avocado zesty on there.
Needless to say I was told he could make it in three seconds. It didn’t happen so I left with no food and no refund and to anyone that decides that fast food is their career choice be the best of what you do take pride in your job, have enthusiasm to get your job completed correctly.

And here’s the inconsistency with this location I just got the same thing on Monday made perfectly and ironically, I didn’t tell them I didn’t want any avocado zesty sauce, because it was my first time trying it on Monday on the phone with my best friend who loves them, there was no sauce on it. And I even told them on Monday no sour cream or guacamole but I guess they were trying to tell me in a passive aggressive way to try it anyways because they put it in a container in my bag.

The employees at this establishment push back paid orders made through URBER eats / DoorDash. They rather throw away the food because no one picks up those orders due to them taking forever to actually do their job. And when you ask them how much longer they ignore you. Hope the owner sees this post so he can actually do something about this cause his loosing money and / product.
