Following my purchase, I arrived home to note on the receipt that I was erroneously charged for guacamole that I definitely did not order or indicate as I am allergic to avocado. Upon noting this error, I inspected my order to ensure there was none present and it was not. The following day, out of principle, I returned to obtain refund for the errorneous charge. Upon bringing to a representatives attention, my issue was met was indifference and I was deferred to corporate to obtain this refund! I was BAFFLED! HOW is it possible that a chiptole representative creates an order error, the customer brings to their attention within an extremely reason time frame and this in-store error could not be resolved in-store?! What kind of customer service is this?! Unfortunately, upon reviewing the other reviews, poor customer service is a recurring theme with this location. I have already submitted an experience report.

Not sure why I try to keep going back to this place. I’m not one to leave poor reviews, but this chipotle, along with many others, need an overhaul. My corn was still frozen, the rice was hard and crunchy, then I started chewing on something hard that tasted bad and realized that I was chewing on a 2 inch wide piece of an avocado skin. That’s something that’s hard to miss unless you just truly don’t care as a food preparer. The place is always covered in food. All the countertops are disgusting. I have to look at the ingredients to make sure they even have what I want. One time I got to the end of the line and all I had in my bowl was rice beans and very sad wilted lettuce, so I just left and left the bowl there. I really used to like chipotle but now it feels risky for my health to even try to eat here. And I don’t even feel like they’re understaffed, tonight there were at least seven workers upfront that I could see. But somehow the food quality is consistently this poor?

Upon arriving to the Wolf road location, we noticed the white rice wasn’t available. We were told it would be an 20 minute wait. We decided to stay and wait. An entire 50 minutes later, the rice was ready. Mushy, but ready. We kindly continued with our order because we were already there for at least 50 minutes, it didn’t make sense to leave at this point. We proceeded to check out, my partner asked if he could have beans added, they told him no “because of cross contamination”. That was weird, but their policy so we respected it. Then I politely asked the young lady at the register if she could give us some sort of discount for the time we spent waiting…30 minutes past the time they mentioned. She said she had to ask the manager. Within a matter of SECONDS she returned and said “she said no” the “manager” was about 3 steps from the counter at the time and thought it was professional to respond and quickly walk away without taking anything into consideration. The cashier apologized and thanked us for waiting. THE MANAGER truly needs to learn better and do better. We waited because we were tired of driving around and kindness got us nowhere. Let someone else manage that place, that young lady didn’t do a good job and it would have been easy being that we were so respectful.

The worst experience I have ever had. Disgusting, prep areas were covered in food, 8 employees all standing around doing nothing. Out of cheese, mild salsa, guacamole, lettuce, large chips, ice, forks, toilet paper. Garbage overflowing in restaurant and bathroom, scattered all over the floor. Customer returned to store to ask for manager and no one responded, started yelling. Customers loudly complaining about lack of service and employees openly laughing at them. I tried taking photos of how utterly nasty everything was, definitely should not pass health inspection! I’m contacting corporate offices, this is a disgrace. 9pm, this place is still open for 2 more hours.

Probably the messiest Chipotle that I’ve ever visited across the country at 8:00 p.m. Trash cans overflowing none of the tables are wiped down, food all over them from the previous customers, in the kitchen area where they are serving food the whole countertop across the way was covered with scraps of food that are normally wiped down just an overall mess and I’m afraid to use the restroom. Health department needs to pay a visit here.

Food is always excellent. The service can be iffy. Especially, at open, and during heavier traffic hours. The atmosphere seems nice, I only ever go in to pick up though, so. Love this place overall.

I cant beyond the lack of cleanliness to enjoy the food. The food prep area was disgusting and there wasnt a clean table in the place. The person making the food did not say one word to me while making my bowl, just looked at me as he walked down the line. I think they can do much better!!

The actual food isn’t terrible if the items you want are actually cooked and in stock. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it’s not worth it. The place is always a mess. The service is terrible. They don’t seem to care. I will say they always appear to be understaffed but come on. Every other chipotle in the area blows this one out of the water.
