The slowest most inefficient Taco Bell in Atlanta! I waited 30 mins for TWO TACOs (and not in the drive thru). No one said anything! No apology for the order taking 30mins, no notice that it would be a 30-45min wait—- NOTHING!

Had a very minor problem being that they accidentally added lettuce and tomato on my tacos when I requested neither of those toppings be added. I called the night it happened as I didn’t check my food until I got home and asked if I could just receive the items or a discount off my next box and they took my name. On my next visit I mentioned that I made the call and they took my name down. All I personally expected was potentially a $2 off my $7 box but the team working comped my entire meal even after me saying I would be happy to pay the difference of the previous mistake. This location has an amazing night shift team which is hard to come by and have gone above and beyond for what will now be a regular guest because of this experience! You guys have amazing staff here!!

worst burrito ive ever had, incredibly rude service
they put Beans in a beefy 5 layer burrito when i asked for no beans, theres hair in my taco, the service was incredibly slow when i ordered 10 minutes ahead of time. i dont understand what in the hell when wrong but im disgusted, worst taco bell ive ever been to. insane. staff needs to get their act together QUICK, i hope the health inspector catches them slacking.

Out of this. Out of that. At least 7/10 things you ask for they’ll be out. Instead of a soft potato taco they gave me a stale hard shell, with the oldest potatoes they could find. Cheese in the dilla wasn’t melted. Worst tbell I’ve been to in or out of the country. Makes sense why the parking lot was empty lol

I ordered a Crunchwrap… There is NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO, it is just bread and sauce, I spent $7 on this. Also, THE WAIT TIME FOR A ONLINE ORDER was 30 MINUTES. They need to UP their service and stop taking so long.

Called ahead for the Baja Blast Pie, they said they had it. Went there to buy it immediately after the phone call. They said they don’t have it. Ordered dine-in, me and my two friends were the only ones in the entire restaurant, took them longer than 15 minutes to make the order. Isn’t this a fast food restaurant? Typically crappy Taco Bell with bad service.
