Open faced cheese and spinach pies were super tasty. Meat pie wasn’t as good as my buddy’s mom’s meat pies…a bit too vinegary/salty? tasting. Prices are reasonable however.

My family and I went up to Fall River specifically for Hartley’s and to our disappointment, they were closed for vacation. We went to the grocery store next to Hartley’s and we asked for a recommendation regarding meat pies. The gentleman there said Sams was the “best in Fall River” and WOW he wasn’t lying! We ordered over $50 worth of food because everything just looked so so good and tasted even better! We are so pleased that we found our new favorite place and will be coming back for more goodies as soon as possible! I highly recommend. Thank you, Sam’s, for a unforgettable experience 🙂

Not from the area really wish I was. I took a drive out here this past weekend and I’m itching to go back already. I originally Made the trip to go to Hartley’s not realizing they were closed. I immediately went into the grocery store next to Hartley’s and asked where the next best place was and he recommended Sam’s. Grave leaves are spectacular the hummus and tabouli out of this world the mini pitas are so fresh. I got a dozen of the assorted pies. My Daughter and I split them. What was I thinking!! I wasn’t that’s for sure. Should have kept them all The woman that waited on us was wicked nice. Everyone in the place was extremely friendly. It’s good and bad that I live over a hour away. Because I literally could eat here everyday. Will definitely be making the trip again. Thanks again Sams ❤️

We heard great things about the meat pies and other things that Sam’s Bakery in Fall River makes. We took a ride out to Fall River visiting Sam’s Bakery. Purchased spinach, cheese, and the meat “pies”. Spent about $55. But cost is no issue. When we got home we decided to have a sampling of what we purchased… one bite … so salty and strong lemon taste… couldn’t taste anything else. We refrigerated the rest… too disappointed on the quality of the food. How can they sell food without tasting it first. Aren’t they ashamed to sell food that is ultra salty and too much of a strong taste of lemon. They got carried away with the salt and lemon powder. The head baker should observe what his/her assistants are doing… did they drop a jar of the lemon crystals or powder in the filling mixture and just pick it up and thinking no one would notice? The dough was beautiful giving one the thought that the contents would be just as good as it looks. Very disappointed. We will not visit/purchase our spinach, meat, or cheese “pies” whether open-flat or closed – triangles. So disappointed and we will tell our friends that we took their advice and visited Sam’s to try their products and will not visit again. We feel bad for the founders because Lebanese and Syrian people have a pride in what they do, especially preparing baked food. I gave one star so as to “vote” something.

I love this place. I wish they would open up one in Rhode Island closer to where I moved I still go here every once in a while when I’m dropping off my son in tiverton Rhode Island. I’ve been going to this place for years literally since I was 10 years old so like 25 years and I will always go back as long as their doors are opened. I have never been disappointed once and I have been there thousands of times. My favorite thing on the menu is the menich but honestly everything on the menu is amazing. I highly suggest you try and bring cash because they do not take cards but trust and believe if you go to this place and you have a good taste for good food, you will keep coming back
