I am NEVER going back here. These are the worst tacos I have ever seen in my entire life!!! They aren’t even the ones I ordered. These were supposed to be crunchy taco supremes but all I got is crunch. My burrito looks like it was stomped on and they left a taco out of my order.

This place is poorly managed. The kiosk machine doesn’t print receipt, I opted for text receipt and didn’t get that. I waited forever for my order to be prepared. Without a receipt I didn’t know my order number and there were no monitors to show pending orders. There were bunch of school kids and a few elderly people who all were waiting for their orders from a long long time (more than 30 mins)
Outside the drive through line almost touched the Shallowford Rd. so obviously that wasn’t working either.
I haven’t given any stars for for because I am yet to get my food (not sure if I’ll get it or not as there is no way to track) Hopefully I’ll get my order before the store close.

This location used to actually be good for a weekend meal, but recent “management” has apparently no idea what food quality is. Lots of standing around by employees that all seem to be friends with each other that would rather cut up instead of working. Our meal bag was not organized at all, many items were not wrapped properly or labeled. Very frustrating experience.
Edit: The food tastes awful and there’s barely any chicken in the tacos. If you eat at this location regularly, I question your sanity.

If I could give a negative review I would. I received my order from the unresponsive drive thru employee, I asked for diablo with my order and she closed the door on me and walked away without saying a word. Glad I could pay $11 for cold food and terrible service.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell of all time. They are always very slow and the food is never made properly and made half ass. Their employees don’t care and are very lazy. They need to hire a new manager and better people. Do not waste your time or money going to this Taco Bell. Find another to go to.

I live close by and have ordered food here multiple times. The food is very inconsistent and a few times I have ordered tacos they have only had steak one not ground beef. How does Taco Bell not have ground beef in stock when it’s the main ingredient for the majority of their meals?? Also the steak is absolutely terrible. Will not be coming here anymore.

I ask for no lettuce on my tacos when I go here, but this time they seemed to think a sliver of cheese was also a part of my order. All four of my tacos looked like this, and they also forgot to put my dads two tacos in the bag but still charged him on the bill. I’m only giving them two stars instead of one because the quality depends on the workers and when they’ve got good workers on the shift I can enjoy the food. The manager here just has to hire better people and they’ll be able to get a quality fast food restaurant.

I had to lower my 4 star rating after visiting this location last night. The gentleman working the drive through window was extremely impatient and anything I asked him for (such as more fire sauce) seemed like the BIGGEST chore for him. He made me and my partner feel uncomfortable to where we didn’t want to ask him for anything more. After coming here once a week for years, I might not be back after this time.
Also, the “Giant Nacho Box” was TERRIBLE. I’m sure it wasn’t prepared properly but I’ll link a picture for reference. $6 for this mess.

I ordered a craving box and it did not come in a box like it usually does. Everything was haphazardly thrown together in the same bag along with the other food we ordered. It was all cold, wet and on top of all that they got most of our order wrong. It’s almost like they had a bunch of old tacos sitting out and they decided to give us those instead of actually making more. I have never been so frustrated with such a lack of care at a fast food restaurant.
