I just waited 35 minutes on the drive-thru line before canceling my order. The wait in this place is unbelievable. I like the food, but waiting to be answered at the drive-thru windows is a nightmare. 3 cars ahead of me and 35 minutes. Like other people, I gave up. I don’t know if I’ll be back. This happens almost every time. The last time I went there the guy said he was just himself to take the orders and prepare the food! I feel sorry for the employees! Short stuff cannot be an excuse anymore. Shame on you Taco Bell! Treat your employees better! Treat your customers better! Either you put your business to serve your customers or close your doors! It is super disrespectful!

The Taco Bell on Bethelview is understaffed. The employees are angry and stressed out. The online ordering system has been down for over a month. The food is good, but you can expect to wait 15 minutes to get anything. Last but not least, the Pepsi machine is not working. The drinks are mostly carbonated water.

As of june 2023 the posted hours on the physical building are 10am-midnight. The business for whatever reason continues to confirm false hours for maps, while the true hours are posted on the door. Google takes their word for it despite the photo proof. There is No service before 10, so what is the point of lying?

Went for lunch at 1:10pm drive thru. Over 8 cars in line. Waited approximately 10 mins not one car moved. Left and went to Zaxby’s where an outdoor person took my order and got my meal quickly. Saw 5 other cars leave the line because of the wait. Someone needs to look at your lost revenue because of lack of service.
