See you guys realize that there’s no real guidelines for what is WinStar and what is 5 Stars it’s different for everybody. But if you’re in Gillette and you want a sandwich this is the best option for you. If you like your subs dripping in oil and vinegar like I do. Not necessarily a place I want to hang out in but there’s nothing wrong with it the kids that work there are always nice.

We waited for 30 mins for 2 subs. While 10 other people got their subs, that ordered after us. When finally said something the people behind the counter continued to side eye us. Definitely don’t recommend. The food was good when we finally got it.

2nd time in Gillette’s Mike’s They out do themselves everytime I come. (Visiting) I got an Italian bowl with extra meat! I dont know what im doing when I come in and I just start talking and they start listening. My husband knows more about the place and orders the Big Cahuna. Always clean, bathrooms and behind the work area. Always smiles and confusion when I talk lol. Keep up the good work!!

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by the manger Brittany and her customer service. I don’t think a person like her should be in manger position or even working in food or customer service. She very very rude and I didn’t care for her attitude what so ever. I can say if I ever seen her on the streets I would not be a nice as a was and walk away. I really think she so have some type of consequence for her actions.

Every time we have gotten food here, it has been correct and, most importantly, it has been made with fresh ingredients! It is so disappointing to have to scrape wilted lettuce or squishy, overripe tomatoes off your BLT. This has not been a problem at Jersey Mike’s, not even once. We always get the BLT, and the lettuce is always crispy, the tomatoes are always firm, and the bacon is real bacon and always cooked to the perfect crispness for BLTs. We have never had a problem with slow service, but we also understand that this is not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made as it’s ordered. The staff have always been fantastic as well. The only thing that is inconvenient about Jersey Mike’s is the parking area, but we dealt with it for years when it was Starbucks, and we will deal with it now.

Pleasantly surprised, please jersey Mike’s don’t catch gillette syndrome, so many places start off great and then slowly lower standards and quality. Please stay high quality like you are and we will be back often.

I Need to start off by saying when you ask for EXTRA lettuce and they give you A TON OF Lettuce.. they will always have my business ! GREAT Food Great People BUT.. one down fall.. they need to figure out better things for ordering online, in store and drive thru its -CRAZY long- wait no matter when we go even for pick up food that we put the order in 20 min ahead of time.. so yea still 5 star just cause they did me good !

In Gillette visiting my daughter from Nebraska- i stoped into her work to bring coffee but wanted a drink so i went into Jersy Mikes for a tea-i was at the counter paying and seen the bacon looking crispy and delicious- so i asked for a side of bacon with my tea – let me tell i was more than thrilled when lovley lady behind the counter just gave me a handful of bacon in a napkin and told me no charge ♡ BTW i have to pay for my snackin bacon where i come from – Absolutely recommend Jersy Mikes in Gillette for their customer service! (Not just because they gave me bacon♡)

Addie greeted us with a joke and a smile when we walked in. The sandwiches were made to perfection and the ladies making them were friendly and efficient. Hands down the best JM sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish every Jersey Mike’s was like this!

Had a good first experience for a first try at Jersey Mike’s. Friendly staff Kenny was extremely high spirited and outgoing and Thomas was very helpful with her recommendations on what to order. Definitely coming back.
