This location is terrible! Ordered my son a crispy chicken wrap and what I got was an old dried up piece of chicken that looked like it had been overfried. Had to end up finding him something else to eat b/c I wasn’t feeding him that. I definitely won’t be back! Waste of my money!! So disappointed!!

Thank you so much to the late night crew! Pregnant cravings have had me wanting taco bell so much. This team of folks were nice, quick, & gave me fresh food at 10:30 pm. I was super impressed and happy with the location!! Great job and thank you!

I have been sitting in the drive through line started at 12:20. It’s now 12:55 and I just reached the window there were 7 cars in front of me. The girl taking the order seemed like she was high should couldn’t figure out what no tomato’s meant. I said no tomato’s she replied on everything? I said no tomatoes she said on everything I’m yes. I know she’s just being clear but I was pretty clear at the start. She didn’t fill my soda and sloppily and forcefully handed me the sodas through the window. I wasn’t offered sauces had to Ask I had like 6 tacos and she gives me 3 fire sauces. For some reason she put Diablo in my bag and mild. I already don’t want to eat my food at this point. I ordered 2 steak chalupas rather than chicken didn’t get it got chicken. My taco that came with it was Broken to pieces. Got steak added to wife’s luxe box 3 or 4 little pieces of steak. It was all just wrap and lettuce barely any meat. $28 and just a gross meal. You will never have my business again. Guys just shut this restaurant down. It’s just ridiculous.

It is a common thing with taco bells in the hood that they confuse fire sauce with hot EVERYTIME. I have never once got the great customer service or correct sauce unless im in a wyt neighborhood. #FACTS and the manager at this location is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This location was a complete letdown!! Starting with the fact that they close at 2am and at 11:30, they had soft and hard shelled tacos ONLY smh. Not ony that, I ordered 3 soft and 3 hard shelled tacos & I received all hard & they weren’t supreme in which I paid for. What’s the purpose of having a enormous menu & only sell tacos? I’ve gone to better locations but beware of this one.

I came to this place around 9pm. I spent 28.16. I ordered 2# 6 combos with chicken and a fiesta veggie burrito. I leave only to arrive home and notice my chalupa’s only had cheese and lettuce. I returned back to the store and the young man who took my order previously said we don’t have any tomatoes or sour cream. I ask if I could get a refund and he stated that there is no manager to speak with and he doesn’t to know what to tell me then walks away from the window. A young lady was standing by the window and ask for a shift manage because every store has one. She stated it was the young lady cursing in the background but she never came to the window. The young lady ( cashier) asked how much was my order. I explain I didn’t get a receipt but let me check my banking app. I showed her the amount spent and she told me to call or come back the next day. I said pull my order up on the screen. She said she couldn’t because something is wrong and the reason why I did they a receipt is because the machine has no paper. This store shouldn’t be open.

This is a photo of two steak chalupas. They cost 10.00. I bought lettuce tonight. The chalupas were cold…. like why? Service was good, bag sealed up perfect. But when I get home this is what’s inside. Mountain Dew banging! I won’t be thirsty!

The service and disrespect to the customer is ultimately very real here this location I ordered Uber eats and they never even provided the food nor did they give me the drink that I ordered and paid $26 for but it never came in my bag when you try to call, the phone number is in operable. This is ridiculous And I wouldn’t expect anything less in this ghetto area. This is ridiculous to charge a customer this type of money for this food and not prepared the order the way it’s supposed to be prepared. This is ridiculous. There’s so unprofessional here. My order came up to almost $30 and you give me three items where the other four items that were ordered on the mini. This is crazy.
