This is the second time my husband has brought home the birria quesadilla and it is soooo good. Crispy outside, the meat is juicy, consomme is flavorful, super cheesy, and its a big enough portion that you can have leftovers.

The food was okay flavor wise, but misleading based on the descriptions. The fajita steak tacos were just ground beef and the tacos didn’t even have onion on them. And the service for a food truck was terrible, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for two orders of street tacos.

I had the corn tacos with beef, cilantro, and cheese. They put the cheese to the side. It came with green and red sauce. The tacos are very flavorful and so soft. Definitely will be back.

AMAZING!!! If you haven’t tried El Trompo yet, put it on the list! The Birria Pizza is SO delicious!! It would easily feed two… I have an entire second meal leftover (but I’m not complaining!) Where have their birria tacos been all my life? I’m already planning to go back Thursday. We also got street tacos which were delicious too. They also load you up with plenty of onions, cilantro and hot sauces. Easily the best tacos in the area!!
