I’ve only done drive thru. The food is typically warm/hot when it gets to you. That being said, the dipping burritos are an absolute ripoff. They give you two tiny little “burritos” which may be take 2 bites to finish each. So 4 bites of food for wayyyyy more money. Do not waste your money, I’m very disappointed in how small they are. Total rip off. I also get the cantina items sometimes and they’ve forgotten the avocado cream sauce multiple times. Just pitiful. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 not a 2 is because it’s my fault for expecting the dipping burritos to be a decent amount of food and not a total rip off. I’ve had good experiences here too. I’ll stick with the beefy 5 layer from here on. Legit beside myself that I got dumped so hard on the dipping burritos. They barely even give you any dipping sauce… See pic attached for what the dipping burritos look like. Flat and tiny. Very disappointing.

I have chiropractor office on 3308 Memorial Dr. for 3 decades and I have been going to this Taco Bell location ( on Columbia Dr.) for years.
Congratulations to new manager that turned this location into a great place.
Employers are interacting with customers in a good manner, the food quality as well as food presentation of are very good.

I had not eaten Taco Bell in almost 20 years until about 3 weeks ago when I decided I wanted give them a try. Since that day, I’ve been back 4 times. The food is fresh and hot and the service was excellent. Management should be rewarded.

The staff here are generally decent and polite, but it’s frustrating that they’re often out of key ingredients, including some menu items and drinks I wanted. Service is fine when items are available, but the limited stock makes it hit-or-miss.

I went last week to get the Baja Blast pie.
I went to two different Taco Bells and they had both sold out. Otherwise this Taco Bell is always delicious even though sometimes the drive-thru line is very long.

I don’t know what is going on at this Taco Bell… I thought it was a fluke the first time, but I’ve had MASSIVE wait times in the drive thru multiple times now.
I’m not talking like… 5 minutes, which would be a lengthy wait in a drive thru, no… I’m talking like nearly 20 minutes. It took me nearly 15 just to get to the window, and then another 5 after I paid. This wasn’t even at a busy time of the day either.
On the bright side, the new shredded chicken empanada thing (forgot the weird name they gave it) was fantastic, and the food generally was great.
They just need to figure out how to put the “fast” back in “fast food”

Heed the recent reviews! I took a chance and ordered through Uber Eats just before midnight. It wasn’t until well after 2am that my order was delivered (driver was fairly quick, spent most of the time WAITING IN LINE). When I received my food, 3 items were meant to be grilled. Only one item got grilled, and it was burnt to a crisp. Even after being burnt, it was so long since the order was prepared that everything was ice cold when it arrived. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating from. I’ve never had an item burnt from any TB in Ohio. Sorry that this is the kind of service you have to deal with in Atlanta.

I ordered from this restaurant on door dash twice in one day and the first time they completely refused to give the dasher my order. The second time I got a box and fries and only received the fries. I don’t know what kind of joke house their running at this location, but they clearly are incompetent.
