Rude people work here that just can’t comprehend easy orders. My husband just got his order maybe 30min ago (~10:40pm) and we should have checked before we left, but he asked for two bean, cheese and rice burritos with extra creamy jalapeño sauce. Very rude, skinny black woman got his order and he was very polite. She didn’t add any of the sauce and barely, if not any, of the rice to the burritos.
My Husband is frustrated since this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up simple orders at this time of night (aka super slow and have time to make it well) and since he will now have to make an extra trip to ours, that is farther away, and one that is respectable and kind to their customers, and get his correct order he wanted. (If you want better service, go to the Taco Bell off of 92).
If you want to be treated with respect, treat others with it and just put pride in your work even if it’s a fast food restaurant. It’s really not that hard.

Hit or miss here. Today was a total miss. Service could be better. Maybe ask customer if anything they need and be enthusiastic about your job. The crispy chicken cantina was terrible. So disappointing, my dog didn’t even want it.

Went for late night food. The food was quality Taco Bell, nice service, clean, and quick. I don’t know what some of these reviewers are expecting from TB at midnight. 5 stars

The service was good and very fast, which I truly appreciated. The food tasted great, and they followed my instructions exactly, preparing everything in a fully customized way. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time and would happily visit again.

Food was great. Came in around 5pm or so ordered my food and received it pretty quickly from the nice short lighter skinned black woman who looked like she had her own little section to the right from the desk. She was very helpful and attentive when asked for anything. Now there’s another dark skinned female employee who is obviously a stud, who had a terrible attitude and horrible customer service skills. Asked her a simple question about the bathroom after I already paid for my food, and she decided to say the most smart aleck thing off the top of her head as a response. I let her slide because I was having a good day and love Taco Bell. But she needs to watch her mouth and her attitude and if she can’t even reply to a customer without being rude as possible for a simple question about the bathroom then she needs to be all the way in the back where no one can see her or hear her or work somewhere else. I get it I work in a restaurant too where customers can be a nightmare and drain you. But being rude was never my default to a paying customer. It’s more annoying because I respect food service employees and people like her are the reason many of us get a bad rep and loose out on promotions and money. No one wants to come back to a spot they love to be disrespected when all you have to do is dispatch the food at a fast food joint…I’m sure her co workers don’t care for her either. Me and my coworkers have a blast and you can see us laughing all the time or at least interacting with the customers.

Common courtesy should not be too much to ask whether you’re doing fast food or fine dining. On 9/25 at 5pm, I experienced disappointing service at this Taco Bell. The employee on drive-thru was laughing over the speaker, difficult to understand when speaking, and seemed frustrated simply because I was waiting for instruction. Inside, there was more casual chatter than focus while customers waited in line.

The food itself was hot, but the service lacked professionalism: no eye contact, attitude when I asked for an item, and more attention given to a friend clocking out than to the drive-thru line piling up behind me. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been an isolated event — I’ve had similar experiences at this location. Just a few days earlier, I waited 15 minutes for a single box without any communication.

I understand drive-thru metrics and the challenges that come with managing orders. But that only makes communication more important. A simple update on wait time and consistent professionalism would go a long way. If you value respect as well as speed, I would recommend considering an alternative location.

Went to this Taco Bell last night around 11pm. I spent $74.20. I understood it was a larger order and mess-ups can happen. But every cheese it tostada had barely any meat on it. We asked for only meat and cheese. They forgot the cheese… we asked the guy for a cup of cheese and a little more meat. He was super nice and offered to make a new one. He only made one new one… but the new one still had no cheese. At that point we had drove away due to being tired we just wanted to eat. We get home and the three grilled cheese burritos were literally tortillas rolled up. Like the smallest amount of cheese with little to no chicken. Just in that is like $40 in food that no one ate. I go to Taco Bell at least two times a week and we get the same thing every time. So this is not normal. I’ve tried calling the store. No answer. How do I get ahold of someone?

Haven’t even got to experience it because I have been in line for over an hour and a half & have barely moved. There is hardly any people left in line & we still are at a standstill.

Edit: We got food, soft shell tacos stuck to wrappers and nacho cheese cups filled 1/4 of the way full. Not impressed for the final wait time being 2 hours.

Took an hour to get our order at 1am. Pretty bad.
Unfortunately their drive through won’t allow you to go around the vehicle in front of you if you get blocked in.

This is one of the worst locations. I really enjoy eating Taco Bell but the service that you get is very very bad. Went to Taco Bell today for lunch got in the drive-through at 1:50 and still was not served five of us cars backed out of the drive-through because the car at the window was there for at least the entire time I was there and still had not moved. I’m shaking my head and I am highly highly disappointed if the service is this bad that means the product that they’re serving to the customer must be that bad.
