All my kid wanted was to try the apple pie shake. I put an order in via the app thinking we are good since the menu had the shake available. Only to find out at the window that their shake machine is down. Has been down and will be down until after the new year. My question is… WHY have something available on the online menu when it is indeed not available? Please fix your machine or take shakes off of the menu until you do.

This location is half an hour away from me, there’s like 5 Arby’s that are closer, but I’ve been driving to this one every week because this location has been doing 2 for $7 ArbyQ sandwichs for the last few months. Every time I drive up and see they still have the promotion on their sign, I say “Hell yeah! 2 for $7 AbryQs!!!” I’ll stop making the drive when they end this promotion though. I’ll just go to the currently ArbyQ-less one by my house. I really love Arby’s, there’s so much great stuff on the menu I could eat Arby’s every day and never get bored. Of course, back around 2006 or 7 they ran a promotion of ham and swiss melt sandwiches on Texas toast that was so good I ate it for lunch every weekday for like three months until I developed some kind of allergic reaction to their mayo. Absolutely top tier though. Arby’s is the best!

Service was pretty quick at the drive-through and I had a question if they accepted the entertainment book coupons and the lady was very polite and checking in verifying yes they do. The drive-through attendants name was Grace and she was very nice and friendly and I really appreciated that.
UPDATE: use the entertainment book app again back eight months later for some roast beef sandwiches and once again, the person at the window was very nice kind friendly, and her name is Wendy. I’ve been very impressed with how nice the staff is at this location and it makes for a very pleasant experience and I appreciate that and have a nice they are so please give them all a raise.

This was my first time visiting this Arby’s for lunch, and it was a great experience. We arrived around 11:30 and I found the restaurant clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our food was served in no time and was delivered as expected. Well-worth a visit.

It’s only as good as your last experience… unfortunately I didn’t even make it out of the drive-thru before realizing the fries were ice cold. I was going home so I could throw them in the air fryer for a few minutes luckily. I unwrap the sandwich and it is also ice cold. To be fair it’s not usually like this, but it definitely brings down my rating.

Came for dinner. Place was empty, more staff sitting in the restaurant than patrons. I know why… My chicken was overcooked, greasy and hard. There was so much condiment on the bun that it turned to mush. Fries greasy and cooked in oil that was too old. Terrible.

I could tell they may have been short staffed today based on how many people I saw in the kitchen. Whoever worked the drive through around 7:30pm on 8/11/25 was very friendly and level headed despite the line forming. Gave plenty of sauce and double check the order was correct. It was a white teenage boy with brown hair I believe, never got his name but management should give him a raise if they haven’t already.
