Was just in the area. worst Taco bell i’ve been to and worst smelling…tho the bathrooms are clean?
Placed an order for pickup, arrived 15min after the time it was to be ready, app said it was still not ready… it wasn’t a glitch.
received no acknowledgment when i arrived, from none of the 7 staff on duty. After maybe 7 minutes of waiting ( despite being the only customer in line ) 2 of the ladies noticed my order and helped out.
I had to return later because my order wasn’t made right. The other lady made it right tht time around .
Needless to say, 1st and last time i’m ordering at taco bell in 2025

Went thru drive thru and the lady that was suppose to be helping me was taking a personal call like she wasn’t at work, then corinthia came with our food and saw that the lady wasn’t helping us then took our payment and gave us our food! She took initiative when her coworkers were obviously slacking! It’s good to see some ppl still care about doing a good job! Corinthia was very sweet and deserves a promotion and raise!

This is the worse taco bell in covington, they never have more than two people making the food because the managers are always sitting on their lazyyyyy behinds doing quite literally nothing. They are actually doing it as I type this and this is not the first time its happened. I just feel bad for the poor employees that have to do everything on their own. Management needs to do better.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the surrounding area. The young lady at the drive-thru was too busy talking to her coworkers about personal business all loud that she couldn’t hear me when I was placing my order. Then when I pull up to pay her and the rest of the employees where acting like they don’t know how to be professional at the workplace with their overly loud conversations! And to make things completely worse is my food was cold when I got home and I don’t live far from there. If I could have given zero stars I definitely would have. They definitely lost a customer. I can find another place to go to and get overly priced cheap tacos and not worry about at least my food being cold!

Taco Bell Corporation has learned that they can rob you off time. Take your money online, understaffed stores, create financially significant wait times, and then make refunds impossible. Poor corporate ethics, good human working at the counter though.

This place is a joke. Order through the drive thru and was told to pull around. Not a big deal. Proceeded to wait another 25 minutes and had to go inside to see what was going on. They hadn’t even started making the food. The young lady that took the order was very courteous but the people making the food need to either be trained or let go.

The photo is of the restaurant next door. This location has prices lower than other Taco Bells. The food is good but portion size is small. The worker on duty wasn’t smiling, friendly or happy to be at work that day.

When you come inside, absolutely no one acknowledges you. Waited 30 minutes for an ASAP mobile order placed before a 15 minute drive. Food quality has sharply declined. Not coming to this location again.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location unless you have lots of time and patience. I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving, and still had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. When walking in, the employees will glare at you and act like you’re inconveniencing them. They are very disorganized, employees arguing about multiple unmarked bags. The trash is overflowing, every countertop is sticky and each sauce packet appears dirty. There was also three kids under 5 that were running around the lobby playing, fighting, and coming to the counter screaming for their mom in the back. Very disappointing.
