This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell on planet earth. Fast food?…. NOT!!!! If you dine in, be prepared to wait FOREVER for your order! Same with mobile orders! There are plenty of people in the kitchen…. not sure what the problem is.

Lorenzo did a fantastic job cleaning up. He was friendly and spent the entire time I was eating my meal cleaning the dining area. I feel like their 99 health score is due in large part to his efforts. I wish every Taco Bell had someone who cared as much about keeping things tidy. The food is pretty consistent but people like Lorenzo are what sets one store apart from others.

I came here late last night. Even though the location was extremely busy and I didn’t help it by having a large order. The staff was very nice and moved very quickly. My food was cooked well and my order was correct. I always try to highlight good service when I see it so whoever Was working on January 2 at 11 o’clock at night keep up the good work.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not bother ordering food for mobile pickup because there’s a high chance you’ll leave without your food. My brother placed an order for pickup so I went to go get it, ended up placing a separate order that came out before the mobile order that my brother had placed. I asked if the mobile order would be ready soon, politely might I add, and was told “you shouldn’t rush us cuz we’re the ones making your food” CLEARLY NOT. it simply cannot be this difficult to assemble food and distribute it to customers who have paid for their food. Also, I saw multiple people who placed orders after I did getting their food before I left as even addressed at the counter. Not only was this an issue regarding the wait time, it was also an issue regarding customer service in general.

Every time I visit this Taco Bell location, the wait time is consistently over 45 minutes. I keep coming back hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, the service just gets worse. They seem severely understaffed, usually with only about four employees working. What’s even more frustrating is that they clearly prioritize the drive-thru over in-store customers even when people inside have been waiting for over half an hour. This is incredibly disappointing and makes the dine-in experience feel like an afterthought.

We came this morning. This guy is grinding the floor or something. A lot of dust went inside the kitchen. We didn’t eat our food..,. They should have done this job while this restaurant is closed.,. Not in business hours everybody’s gonna eat dust today..

We’ve given this Taco Bell 3 chances… and it’s ALWAYS been an extremely long wait. Every. Single. Time. And I mean longer than any fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. It would maybe be up to 45 min to an hour to get your food??? I’ve just never seen even the busiest fast food restaurants during peak hours take that long. FIX IT.

They consistently keep customers waiting for a long time. Even when the drive-thru is not busy and there are hardly any customers inside, with four employees working, service is still extremely slow. This delay is really irritating and very disappointing.

The one silver lining of this Taco Bell location is the food itself. Everything we ordered was prepared correctly, tasted fresh, and was served hot—it was the high-quality Taco Bell experience we were craving. If a great crunchwrap or satisfying cheesy gordita crunch were all that mattered, this would be a five-star review.
Unfortunately, the positives end there, and the experience quickly spirals into frustration due to the severely delayed service. The wait time for our order, even during what seemed like a moderate rush, was simply unacceptable. What should have been a quick stop turned into an extended, drawn-out affair that ruined the convenience of fast food.
More concerning than the speed was the overwhelming feeling that no one working at this location cared about the customers.

I am very disappointed in both, the service I received at this Taco Bell location and in the accuracy in which my order was prepared. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos. One of my tacos was made correctly. The other 2 tacos had barely any cheese on them, and very little lettuce and meat on them. It seems they ran out of meat, lettuce, and cheese on the make line and whom ever was preparing my order could not be bothered to restock the make line, before continuing to prepare my order. On top of all that , my chicken enchilada burrito was missing from order. I waited well over 25 minutes to receive my order, after I initially arrived. Even though I place my order thru the Taco Bell app, when I was at home. When I did finally receive my order, they forgot my drink. When I politely asked for my drink, the young lady behind the counter blew me off and had a very off putting attitude. After making wait a few more minutes, she finally gave me a cup so that I could get my drink from the fountain machine. When I was a teenager, I worked in the fast food industry for many years, and I was always courteous and professional to all of my customers. I always took my time to prepare each customer’s order correctly. If I needed to restock some items so that I could properly finish making an order, than I would restock. I was always nice and listened to each customer. I was taught by my parents to always give 100% at your job, so that when you get the career you want, you will be ready to give your all. For the most part, everyone has worked a job or two at a fast food establishment, in the early part of their life to get some extra money or even some workforce experience. But if you can’t leave your personal problems at home, then you are doing a disservice to your customers and your employer.
