This is hands down the single greatest Chipotle on planet Earth. If Chipotle gave out awards, this location would be sweeping every category.
The speed is unreal. It’s like watching a perfectly choreographed pit crew. Rice, beans, chicken, boom. They’re asking what salsa you want before they’ve even finished laying down the rice. It’s fast, but never rushed. Efficient, but never sloppy. Absolute masterclass in line flow.
And somehow… there is never a long line. Even when it looks busy, they move people through like seasoned pros.
The food is consistently outstanding. The portions are generous, everything tastes fresh, and I swear they must put some kind of secret magic in the corn salsa at this location because it just hits different. Every single time.
Major props to the entire team. From the folks on the line to whoever is running the kitchen, this place operates at an elite level. You can tell there’s pride behind that counter. If you work here, you should be proud. You’re setting the standard.

I ordered a steak bowl through the chipotle app , they didn’t add any steak to my bowl, gave me fajita veggies instead? I also ordered it with extra sour cream & extra corn & there was just a normal amount of both, & there was a huge chunk of avocado that wasn’t mashed into my guac. Very sad. 🙁

First time dining at this place – I mentioned this to the server first off. Considering I told them I was new- it would been great if they had told me that some of the “food/ingredients”- had an extra fee – instead they just asked did I want guacamole, did I want that weird white sauce, did I want the chips ( all extra fee items were offered along with all the other options of “foodstuff/ingredients”- SO AS U CAN IMAGINE…the cost of my little bowl of Mexican theme items of extremely low cost value and low flavor value.. ended up costing close to $18.00. Total waste but the clashing characteristics of varied textures and temperatures, minimal flavors and tastes, were as suspiciously awkward as the warm white cream douseing the bed of cold lettuce packed on top of hot beans and corn etc in a collaboration of rice and tiny specks of cilantro perhaps. AND the way they just scoop and slosh these ingredients up reminded me of a food line in a correcttiinal facility. Somehow the way these items were cooked managed to detract the joy from the most basic combination of rice and beans. Chicken was the hard type of cubed chicken, and although these flavors are pretty simple and compatible this was not the case. This was a fail of an opportunity. I’m guessing chipotle has a cult following who knows secret bowl combinations etc. but just a word of warning if you’re new to this chain I advise asking a regular what exactly to order. And you can skip the chips priced around 2.00 unless of course you can afford a twenty dollar fast food lunch that fits in a cardboard bowl you can hold in the palm of yr hand and you really don’t care how it tastes. Needless to say I did not eat for pleasure i ate as much as possible on a short lunch break so I could get through the day. This item is not suitable for saving for later and therefore much ended up in the trash. Good luck friends..please do ask a trusted regular what to order and on the day of my visit the chips also failed to maintain their integrity if they ever had it, a bit too much of a pinch of lime aiming for authenticity is crazy work

PLEASE READ For a long time when I was tired of eating at nearby fast food joints like in n’ out or other places close by my home I’d settle for chipotle knowing that the food quality there was not the best & they overcharge for everything . I stopped in yesterday just to grab queso & chips .. the chips were so burnt and darkest brown & tasting like burnt oil not surprising that they still served them like that since chipotle seems like a scam and the queso was sticky & really spicy . Just like their beans are way too spicy to even eat . And the meats they sell are either rubbery, hard to chew , or just flavorless . SO a few days ago I heard of this place called Qdoba & they are the knew chipotle but BETTER . No joke I tried a bowl at Qdoba everything start to finish was SO HEAVEN . The white cilantro lime rice was fluffy the beans were NOT spicy and the steak , chicken and shrimp I’ve tried from Qdoba is so juicy and flavorful not to mention their queso is a million times better than chipotle it’s so saucy & delicious did I mention they have a mild & spicy queso too … and free guacamole?! Try Qdoba and stop settling for chipotles over priced flavorless skimpy bowls . Qdoba is a bit more of a drive but once you try their food you’ll be happy you did thank me later but just another person here who is so tired of settling for chipotle who found a hidden gem trying to help a friend out .

2. Forced to get steak, but was not given the chicken price. Guess the customer pays for your short comings.
3. Theres a girl there that just throws the burritos together as fast as she can. I think she thinks she is good at her job, but she makes terrible burritos consistently. She has been the main burrito maker for the last several months. Tell her to slow down and get he some training.
4. The burrito was 90% rice and all the cheese was at one end and all the hot sauce at the other end. Disgusting!
6. Forgot to mention, they were out of corn salsa as well.
Get it together. Chipotle was 100x better when it was franchised. Terrible location…but the others are not much better. Ruined one of the best food chains out there.

Chipotle Grill never disappoints with costumer service and everything else! I always order the burrito bowl with chips, and it’s consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste super fresh, and the chips are always perfectly crisp, price is always a deal but if you order stake instead of chicken it’s gonna cost you a lot more. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying meal!

Not sure what was happening today about 2 pm. But I got in line and my husband was with me. I go to this one a lot since it’s close to my house. I got a bowl with white rice and I got a half of scoop of rice. Then got my meat asked for double meat and barely got any and got charged double meat. Then got my toppings I bowl isn’t even up to the rim it’s half full. Meanwhile my husbands bowl was stuffed full of the toppings and my husband said what happened to your food. I’m like I have no idea everyone after me since there was a line got very full bowls. If they aren’t going to give everyone about the same amount they need to close down

Whoever the shorter woman was running things tonight was needs to learn how to speak to people in a customer facing role. I got to the restaurant 5 minutes after my order was requested to be done. Nothing was on the shelf so I looked around for someone available to ask about the order but people were ignoring me standing there for about 20 minutes. Then they handed me the wrong order and I provided the order number and the girl was “like well this was ready 30 minutes ago(insinuating I was late) so someone stole your order.” I told her well I’ve been here since the time it should have been waiting for me. Her response, “well we make them 15 minutes beforehand.” Then in the most monotone voice and expressionless face says, “sorry you’re upset.” She also told a customer who came to the counter saying he was given the wrong food to go to the back of the line for his food to be made again…. Never have I experienced that and everyone looked around like, “did she really just say that?” He was like, “I was just in line.” Then she told him to ask people in line if he could jump the line… obviously they said of course go ahead. Seriously, though this employee needs to be trained in soft skills. That was horrible. Never going to this location again.
