Second or third time eating here. Each experience gets progressively worse. This time, had an online (app) order, and the app said it was going to be ready at 1:40pm. Walked inside, 1 person in drive thru, no one inside. Place is not busy.
Waiting, waiting, waiting. Someone finally checks on me at 1:52, and asks about my order. Duh – it’s in your computer, it has been showing “In Progress” on the app for over 12 minutes. Finally got my two items which take about 1 minute total to make, at 1:57. That’s 17 minutes after the app told me my order would be ready.
No apology after it was finally ready, and I was nice the whole time.
All Taco Bell locations in Beaufort have management issues. If your employees are slackers, find some new ones. Plenty of people looking for work right now.
I’m done, won’t be back. Do better.

My second review after a year.
However I always order online. So I cannot speak about wait. Or customer service. I place my order online before my arrival.
I will compliment the food . However my 3 dollar taco looks like it’s been through it . Although it tasted good . Over all. No complaints ✌️

Absolute terrible, rude and condescending customer service. I went through the drive through and asked about the box they had and was told to look myself and they couldnt help me read it. I simply asked if they had a diffrent box other than the chicken and was told they cant help me if I dont know what I want. I asked 1 single question and was talked down at by whoever was working the drive through

I hate leaving a bad review .Train your people so they know what they sell or put them into food prep .11-19-25 515 .I order 1 advacado and 2 frank red diablo burritos .Gorida crunch and a nacho bell grande .2 extra diablo sauce right at 31 dollar I got 2 burritos non of what we ordered .I was in the drive thru so ya just cant check .They had a pizza order themselves and only cared about the order they paid for not the one I did .Worst part they dont answer a phone .Get you act together. My wife like your junk .I would not miss you

Place is honestly a joke. They are barely open and when they are they are missing multiple items or something is broken to where they can’t make certain items. Probably the only Taco Bell to be closed at 11 pm also

We came through the drive-thru the first time and bought $40+ worth of food…. we got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, and found out that all of our food was not inside of the bag! We were specific with all of the food that was coming on our order. We made a phone call so that we can come back up and get the order corrected. We specifically told the management as well as whomever was on the drive through headphones specifically what we wanted. Once we were told to go around to the drive-through window, we waited a few minutes and was given a bag full of food. We were about to leave out of the drive way of the restaurant and realized that there were several things that were missing. 1 main thing that we stated it was that there was debt with the quesadillas we did not want the jalapeno sauce on them but instead the nacho cheese sauce. We got all the way home, which is 25 minutes away, only to realize that both of the quesadillas had jalapeno sauce on them automatic and both were being instead of one chicken in one beef.!!!!!!

My son has always enjoyed Taco Bell. When we picked him up from his Graduation Ceremony on Parris Island, despite being told of all of the fresh seafood restaurants, he wanted to go to Taco Bell. When we were ordering our food at the kiosk, a sweet lady walked up to us and must have noticed from his haircut or the way he was standing that he was fresh from the island. She immediately congratulated him and told him that his lunch was on her. We talked for a few minutes and she shared that she was the manager and thoroughly enjoyed her employees that she kindly referred to as her “kids.” She recommended some new dishes which we tried and enjoyed! The Mexican Pizza and Strawberry Twists were great! Such a kind soul deserves recognition. As much as I love seafood, I highly doubt my new Marine would have walked away with a bigger smile.
