Soft tacos supreme, no sour cream this week. I get home and had a half of burrito and an extra burrito. Both tacos had sour cream and I get sick if i eat sour cream. I also noticed no receipt. Tried to call due to being late at night and had to use drive thru. Get home call no answer. The next day called multiple times no answer. So 2 days ago I go and the doors locked and no answer. Today finally get someone they asked for the receipt. I told them that was one of the problems, I never got my receipt. I told them I had the picture and asked to talk to manager they didn’t care. I tried to report on tell the bell but need recipes to do survey. This location is a joke, always new people, they don’t want to work. About a week ago I was in here because I work in the area, kiosks was down, mobile ordering was down, so they took my order, took the money, then went and touched the food. No gloves, no washing hands. I reported to manager and she said she would have a talk. Didn’t see the young guy the next time for a while. Maybe got suspended, maybe day off, not sure. Please help this store I either have this store or have to travel another 20-30 mins different directions to get my food and only have 30 mins break.

This is the second time my order has been missing items when ordering Taco Bell through DoorDash. This time, I ordered a meal that included nacho fries, but I only received the nacho cheese sauce—no fries at all.
On top of that, my order was delayed an extra 30 minutes because the restaurant told my dasher they were “waiting on the nuggets.” When the food finally arrived, the nuggets were burnt, making the wait even more frustrating.
Mistakes happen, but repeated missing items combined with long delays and poor food quality is unacceptable. If items are unavailable or delayed, that needs to be communicated honestly and orders need to be checked before being sent out.
I expect better accuracy and quality, especially when customers are paying delivery fees and waiting longer than expected.

To the taco bell manager on heckle that flipped me off and cussed at me in front of my 7 year old for asking for a item of my order I didnt receive i just want you to know I see you. I see that maybe you were having a bad day, maybe a bad week or may be a long string of bad luck. What you dont know is that I was on my feet for nearly 9 hours only having gone through my 4th round of chemo less than a week ago. What you dont know is that meal was meant to grant me 30 mins of rest where I didnt need to be on my feet any longer than needed by having to cook a meal for my daughter after an already long day. Maybe having a chance to spend a little extra time with her. Maybe you didnt see the way you made her break down in tears out of fear from your voulger actions and tone and you probably dont care. Maybe youre happy that meal went cold and untouched while i calmed her down. Youll never know the hell we lived through this year and i pray you never experience it yourself. They do say ignorance is bliss. People make mistakes, and its not uncommon for items to be left out. Im sure you’ve experienced that yourself. I know you will never see this but my blatant confusion and lack of response to your actions should have been enough for you to diffuse your anger but ive been around long enough to know not all humans evolve. I hope you heal.

Used to be a fine spot – service is so slow now. Drive through really can take 30 minutes if you hit the wrong time; last time was over 40. Online order too so they already took my money.
The food was good and the order correct. Just not sure what is going on lately

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in quite a while and had a hankering for it. The service was fast and friendly. The order was correct. The food was as expected. I wasn’t expecting gourmet food. That said it it the spot for the moment.

Girl took our order, repeated every thing back correctly and then our food was made wrong. We politely went back around to the window and were going to just have them fix the mistake and the girl at the window saw us sitting there and just stood there with her arms crossed for a good 5 minutes before opening the window. My husband told her the two items in his hand were made wrong and she just took the food back through the window and shut it…she then got another worker and opened the window and just kept telling the other girl “dis wrong” over and over. The other girl who apparently is the one who took our order then proceeded to argue with my husband saying he shouldn’t have said everything on the screen was correct..he said that it was correct and she repeated it back correctly and they still made it wrong. She continues to argue…LOL…and then after we ask for a refund says “I don’t mind remaking it”…oh no, but you do because WHY are you arguing??? Won’t go here again. Mistakes are made and we weren’t that mad until she decided to argue like it was our fault they couldn’t read a screen and make an order correctly. I was in the food industry for over 15 years…it’s really NOT that hard.

Went in about 40 minutes ago and was waiting for about 20 minutes which honestly at the time I didn’t mind because I understand how stressful fast food can be but i was disappointed to find out that all my food was made wrong it makes me question what type of people they have working for them. But props to my cashier he was extremely professional and even gave me a coupon for the wait.
