The food was soggy, the crunchy tacos were broken. Everything was thrown in the bag. I got 2 supreme boxes and they did not come in the boxes. There was cheese sauce everywhere in the bag and the service was terrible.

Usually I don’t have many complaints about this location other than maybe something missing from my order. The food is typically pretty good in my opinion. What pushed me to write this review was actually because I ordered the chicken tenders for my child this afternoon and was really shocked that this new menu item was so awful. Like something I didn’t even feed to my dog because it was just so… gross. This was our first time ordering the chicken tenders but I’m confused, is this what they are supposed to look like?! Lol. Disappointing.

Go some where else. This isn’t the first time but finally tired of it. You spend $6 on a taco to get this-where is the sour cream, where is the cheese, where is the meat-that’s there attempt at a cheesy Gordita crunch. A real joke. We ordered 3 and they are all the same.

We went taco bell on Thursday around 11 o’clock. My kids like potatoes. In the menu we can select vegetarian option by high lighting green V options by that we can easily select the food . We took bean taco and cheese burrito and one customized taco and spicy taco . The employees are very hospitality and friendly.

They gave all old food and didn’t even put sour cream in the crunch wrap, my tacos were all soggy and the Doritos taco tasted stale. To pay extra for sour cream and not get it is stealing money.

Deliciously burnt chicken.. Tacos broke apart try to pull it out of the wrapper, most likely old and reheated. The only thing fresh was the fries and we only got one cheese with our order.

First of all I am so disappointed in Taco Bell for getting rid of Mexican pizza to me that was the end of Taco Bell. But Every time I go to Indian land Taco Bell for my kids it is always disgusting. Food is always ice cold. The lettuce was so cold and draining water out of all 19 soft tacos it was so nasty we had to take off the lettuce but when you do that there is nothing left to eat. There was barely any meat or tomatoes I spent 40$ for 19 soft tacos that might as well be dog food because that’s how I felt I was treated and four drinks because they don’t give you your money’s worth. What a ripoff 40$. I have given enough chances I am done eating here. I don’t even want to hear the excuse of Covid anymore either. It is just an excuse to not care about the people buying your food or care about quality or care about how much they charge. This is a picture of one of what all of our tacos looked like after we took off all the water soaked lettuce and threw it away. They put a lot of lettuce on to cut corners on using more meat. So disappointed.

This place constantly forgets things in the order or throws in stuff that’s not even yours and you don’t get the stuff that you actually needed. Highly advised to stay away from the store as you can see from the reviews that this business constantly is burning their chicken constantly forgetting stuff constantly giving the wrong stuff… So unless you’re in the mood for Jeopardy dinner, would highly advise to stay clear of this restaurant. Even when talking to the manager still didn’t get the point of yeah you delivered the wrong stuff and yes I can get a refund but great cuz that resolves my hunger how? Although I would recommend this place for a fun night out of fasting

I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but the manager (I’m guessing I didn’t ask if she was) was more worried about getting a bad review than making my food in a decent time or letting her worker answer my question.
I placed an online order for pickup ASAP (3 cravings boxes and a variety party pack of tacos). I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and saw the drive thru line wrapped around the building I went over to Tj Max until it said my order was ‘being made’… 30 minutes later. (Keep in mid it took me a few minutes to check out and drive back over. And there was no one in the drive thru) So I went in and asked if it was ready and they hadn’t even started on it. One of the workers said no it will just be a few more minutes, I asked if she knew why because I’d already waited almost 45 minutes and put the pick up for ASAP. Then another worker (I think the manager, short brunette) interrupted and said because it was a larger order if they would have made any of it some stuff would have been cold. I said that would have been fine and laughed it off as I went to walk out. Then she raised her voice, got an attitude and said “well that’s just not how we do things her and I’m not serving any cold food.” (I live 15 minutes down the road so it would have been kind of cold by the time I got home with it anyway.) So after another 20 minutes or so they finally finished with my food. I paid extra for Doritos tacos in the party pack and didn’t get a single one and every thing requested with out lettuce had everything on it.
The other 3 employees that were working were very nice and apologetic, and I really appreciate that but it should not take almost an hour and 15 minutes to get 3 cravings boxes and tacos with just meat and cheese on them…
