First time thru, New Year’s Day, a bit after normal lunchtime. There was a wait for seating, but not too long. Open ceiling design, when busy it reflects a lot of sound.
We ordered several items, wanting to get a good breadth of their food. All the items were tasty and well executed. We each had our personal favorites and things we’ll order on our next visit (especially the Spicy Beef Pancake Roll). What was really nice is the flavors from sauces and such across the board complimented each other so swapping dishes to try wasn’t a major change. The chili oil at the table is subtle and very flavorful.
Staff was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

The Healthy Bear
The food quality for the price is unmatched. I tried various dishes from the menu and every last one has been great. The spot is nice and quiet and great for a first date. The staff wasn’t too warm but they done there job. Their was one guy they had the first time I went here and you can tell he’s work in hospitality before if the others follow his lead then this place will be in great hands. You have two options on how to order where one of the options how you submit your order by filling the form out and providing it to the host. Be sure to review that form because the form has more items than the big menu and the prices are listed for every item unlike the bigger colorful menu. Overall this spot is a great place to take family and friends without breaking the break. I’ll will be back taking with me more family members.

Today was my first time eating at Dough Zone since moving here. The servers were very patient and warmly recommended some of the restaurant’s popular dishes. I ordered the pork soup dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles — both were really delicious. Overall, my first impression of this place is quite good, and I’m looking forward to coming back next time.

Decent spot for tasty dumplings and relative quick service. The waitress was polite and friendly but seemed overworked and frazzled, probably due to understaffing. The food comes out fresh and flavorful, and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately half of the menu was wiped out during late hours but that was my fault for coming late, overall a solid place to grab dim sum and noodles but I would recommend visiting the Woodinville location instead.

However the service was bad. I’ve seen some Google reviews about this place, few of them mention service here was not great. I can see why. The guy that greeted us and take us to our table seems shy?? He ignored my question. And Our server named A.S. was not very attentive. We have to wave at her to get her attention to order and one time my husband had to stand up and go to her to tell her she put in the wrong order. She took the dish away but she didn’t cancel it on our bill. Fortunately, we doubled check our bill and call it out. And she just simply said “I forgot.”

The food is good. I’ve never really had anything that tasted bad really. I’m just trying to keep things review honest. I’ve been there three times and all of these times. We have been taken care by a lady named America. This person has to be the rudest server I’ve encountered. She was condescending and did not provide good service to say the least. She would be so short in her answers all the time. She did not come and check on us for anything. We needed refills for our water and never got them. The food arrives quickly and every time we just want to finish so we can get out of there quickly so we don’t ajen to put up with her attitude and rude behavior. The restaurant looks nice and clean. The food is good, the service is terrible because of this lady. Finally the third time we went there we talked to the manager I guess or the person who seemed to be in charge, but I seriously doubt anything will be done. This server did not take care of ten customers, however the three times we were there, she was always laughing and being very “friendly” with the manager and workers. Terrible experience. I have gone to the other dough zone locations and I haven’t had this issue fortunately. So if you go and see that your waitress is named America. Ask for a different server.

We came in early afternoon with two couples ahead of us. Once the two benches in the wait area were taken, standing options were limited — we quickly felt like upside-down turtles, either hovering by the greeting desk or blocking the entry/exit path. Not a huge deal, but the space felt awkwardly arranged.
When two tables opened at the same time, both our group (of 3) and the group of four behind us were seated immediately, without being asked about seating preference. We were placed at the first table by the entrance. While the other group was seated farther inside with large windows and a much quieter space, we had constant foot traffic passing inches from our faces and backs (weekend noontime is prime time). That table might work better if guests are checked first or given the option to wait a bit longer for a quieter spot.
Food quality itself was good and deserves 4⭐. However, the group seated after us received their food noticeably earlier — roughly 5–10 minutes ahead — which stood out.
We still left a 20% tip for our waitress’s friendly smile on a ~$60 bill. That said, we didn’t receive an exit greeting from the crew (3–4 staff standing behind the desk), despite noticing almost every other group being thanked as they left (and this wasn’t tip-related, as the receipt hadn’t even been collected yet).
This was our first visit. The service didn’t feel terrible — just inconsistent. While the food was strong, the overall experience was affected by service flow and atmosphere, which is why the overall rating lands at 2⭐.

This place deserves higher ratings! Better than any local dumpling place I’ve tried with better reviews. Great food, decent service, and most of all great price. 4 of us went for dinner and ate till we are FULL and total came out to be only $120 including taxes and tips. I’m leaving the review to raise the rating cause I need this location to stay open
