I always have outstanding service at this Taco Bell location. I work overnight shifts so them being open early AND late is a godsend and they are always SO friendly and prompt. I will say the music inside is way too loud to enjoy dining in but apart from that I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

So I come by occasionally in the morning and EVERY time I get there I can hear his voice shining over the intercom and when I get to the window he greets me with the biggest and brightest smile and just genuine kindness. He says hello sweety and I always have a wonderful day after seeing him. In this world we need to be greeted by more people like Mario.

What happened to the color? It feels like a hospital waiting room. It’s also smaller setting wise. Feels like they want you to get your food and get out . Food was amazing as always but the white lights , walls and floors kinda sucks

I live nearby and usually never have a problem but I had all soggy tacos and my dorito loco taco instead of them making a fresh one they grab the soggy taco and put in inside another dorito taco shell to look fresh like wow unbelievable and definitely not professional in any sense

Terrible, even by taco Bell standards. You need to hire more ppl. I ordered ahead and just wanted to grab and go. Stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, which doesn’t sound bad, but in reality is a long time to just stand there with nobody even acknowledging you exist. Would have been quicker to order in the store and wait. Taco Bell is not the cheapest food anymore. They were busy, I get it. Just say something! Let me know you are going to get to me.

We placed an order for Taco Bell with Doordash. He was great, Taco Bell took an HOUR to get our food ready. That’s some real crappy service. You pissing people off with it taking so long! With us ordering an hour out, the door dash guy finally got the order after waiting 30 mins on the food. .

This location is usually good as long as it’s not busy with Door Dash orders being picked up. But right now it looks like it’s all dug up with construction workers inside and outside the building, so I’m not sure if they’re actually open now?? There’s a sign stuck in the ground saying the drive thru is open, but it’s confusing.
(Only gave it a 4 star atmosphere rating because it has the constant high-pitched beeps that most fast food places have that can cause hearing loss in the employees; it’s not this particular location’s fault.)

I ordered from doorDash and I understand DoorDash has an obligation, but I put my order in with Taco Bell and they get the order so when I order a drink, I expect a straw and then when I order a sauce, I expect a sauce and then when I call, I expect good customer service not someone hanging up in my face And telling me to take it up with DoorDash whenever Taco Bell put my order in the bag and seal it up with no straw and No sauce and then they hung up in my face. Unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I mobile ordered last night around 12:30am. I work for ems and I was unable to fit the ambulance through the drive through so I walked through. I have done this many times before at different places and had no issues. I go to the window and I tell staff that I have a mobile order and they say they’re not allowed to serve people that walk through. I explain my situation and they responded with “that’s not my problem, cancel your order and get a refund because we can’t help you.” I felt very disrespected by the entire situation. EMS is very busy and that was the only time I was able to order any food and I was unable to eat because of it. They offered no other solution to the problem and basically told me to buzz off.
