This was the best taco bell I’ve been to in years! The workers were super nice and made everything fresh with care. Nothing was messy or soggy. The food was phenomenal! Really tasted like Taco Bell used to taste. All the other locations need to take notes because they’re doing it right over here!

Sat in drive thru for over 8 minutes before I was even greeted, said hello twice with no answer. When I said excuse me minutes later, the lady finally acknowledged me and stated ‘you’re gonna have to give me a few minutes’. After waiting an additional 5 minutes with no response and no one asking to take my order I left. This is completely unprofessional. Would’ve left after two minutes of this but waited cause my child really wanted Taco Bell for dinner.

Would leave zero stars if I could – waited 40+ minutes in the drive through, just to almost get up to order and hear them tell the woman in front of us that it would be a 10 minute wait just to order. Have never written a review on a fast food place before, but then again have never had such a bad drive through experience

Never in my life have I ever waited 45 minutes for fast food. Im not even being dramatic. Literally, 45 minutes. We spent $40 on food that was mediocre; the chalupas barely had any filling. They didnt give us any sauce after we asked and my husband had to go inside because they put our mobile order inside instead of bringing out to drive thru. The one guy making the food was SO SlOW. And they missed one of our burritos and gave us a taco instead. Im 5 months pregnant and aggravated. The worst.

I’ve had great experiences here and not so great. It depends on who’s working at the time. I usually customize all my orders and they were pretty accommodating. Some Taco Bell employees get annoyed at changes. When I order here I usually get what I order.

I don’t tend to leave reviews on fast food, it’s fast food. if you’re going to leave people dangling for more than half an hour in the drive thru line (not because there are a ton of cars, just… stuck) you have really got to tell folks to leave. absolutely ridiculous.

Do not order from this place you pay $35 for 12 tacos and only get 9. This happens to me every time I order a 12 pack so over it, all I ever get is we will make it right. It should be right the first time Then when you ask for a manager it’s a laughing matter never again will I eat at this restaurant
