I love this Burger King; not only because food is always fresh and the burgers are good! But the staff; literally every staff I encounter there is friendly and kind. From the person who takes order on speaker, to the person who greets at window and the managers. If you’re looking for fresh fast food and friendly service this is your spot. They are timely as well and always ask if you’d like ketchup or a dip so you don’t risk forgetting to ask here! 🙂

Always have to wait a long time when I dine In just to get someone to take my order. Always made to feel like me and kid are a bother to them just being there. Last time I came in, the man working the drive thru was blatantly making fun of the workers in the back while myself and other customers waited close to the counter. Zero professionalism or good work ethic out of most of them. A few good eggs in the bunch but not enough to make a difference in overall experience. Do better please!

Unbelievable…but not in a good way! Ordered 2 hamburger meals. The amount of grease that came out of the burgers – enough to grease 4 wheels on a truck . And even worse, was the fact that the burger itself was tasteless! The fries were not crispy nor salted. My daughter’s DP was ok, but my iced tea had an off taste. I usually check everything in the bag before I drive away, but was in a hurry to get to an appointment. I won’t do that again!

Why does all the restaurants want to way over salt their fries. I can’t wait till the day someone gets a heartache from all the salt and sues over it. Stop pouring salt all over the fries. Put a very small amount and if ppl want more give them plenty of salt packages to add more. Plus you guys really need to address the nasty stench of old greasiness in the entire restaurant

I normally like BK but today was garbage. I ordered a burger with cheese, no onion, no pickle, and no lettuce. I got a burger with everything on it. It’s like they read the ticket far enough to see it needed cheese and that’s it. I also asked for a couple extra zesty sauce. They hand me the bag and say it’s in there. There was 1 so I asked for 2 more. They gave me 1. I asked for another one since they obviously can’t count. They gave me one more and I left. I get back to the office and find that the sause that was already in the bag was buffalo sauce. Reading should be a requirement even if you are a fast food worker…

Started with a 4 star, ate here again and dropped to 3, and we tried again, and can’t go higher than a 2. Service is absolutely terrible here. My wife stated, prior to getting in the line, “I bet they sound angry”… They did. The person taking our order was angry, apathetic, and outright rude on the speaker. The service at the window was just as bad; I asked for sauce at the speaker, was asked what sauce I wanted when I paid, asked again when my food was ready, and a FOURTH time before handing me the bag – and still somehow gave us the wrong sauce. The food we got was cold, and most of it was loosely sitting in the paper bag. I don’t know what happened to this location, but we won’t be back, and it used to be our “go-to”.
